The Uprising

Tragedy

"Move out of the way!" Peso and Kwazii screamed at the fish. They were heading home in a rush. Peso was trying to contact the HQ, but there was no one there. They reached the launch bay.

"Tweak," Kwazii said, "open the Octohatch."

The hatch opened. Kwazii and Peso jumped out of the gup as soon as it reached the surface. They opened the back of the Gup-E. The captain was in the back. He was unconscious. 

"What hap-" Tweak started.

"No time to talk!" Peso yelled. They were getting him upstairs. Dashi and Shellington were in the hallway. Peso and Kwazii were sprinting down the halls. They saw Dashi and Shellington. 

"Move outta the fucking way!" Peso shouted to everyone's surprise. He trucked through them. Shellington fell back and Dashi hit her head on the wall. Kwazii and Peso made it to the sick bay. Peso began the operation. He asked Kwazii to leave and make sure no one else came in.

"Everyone shut the hell up!" Kwazii said. The other Octonauts were all asking questions at once. Peso came out, tears in his eyes. 

"We were too late," he said. "He wants to speak with you Kwazii." 

"Kwazii," the captain said weakly. "I want you to lead the crew." 

"Me!?!?" He responded. "I can't withstand the pressure." 

"Then who will be the captain?" 

...

A few moments later, Kwazii came out. He was holding a piece of paper. 

"He's gone." Kwazii said, tears rolling down his cheeks. He gave Peso the piece of paper.

"So who will be captain?" Asked Dashi.
