Jacob walked out and to the park near the church, 5 minutes later exo walk over
Kai: hey Jacob
Jacob: what do u want
D.O.: well we want the girl to be ours

Jacob got up and started walking off but then got turned around by Kai and felt pain in his stomach, exo ran off while Jacob walked to the church then walked in, Jihyo turned around and shouted at him
(They are arguing, Jacob goes to touch her cheek and falls but Jihyo catches him and sees the wound so she covers it with her hand and they forgive each other)
Jihyo: come on Jacob don't leave me and the others

Jacob closes his eyes while the rest cry and paramedics arrive, they take his body out

J-hope: he wanted heechul to know that he is proud of how far he has got and how mature he has gotten also that he is proud he found happiness with Momo and not to hurt her, he wanted amber to know that he's happy that's he's happy she never gave up even after what she's been though and not to let anyone put her down or he will be disappointed and that amber knows he doesn't like to be disappointed with his siblings, lastly he wanted Jackson to know that he will find someone amazing and that when he does not to let her go or screw it up and also to remember don't be someone your not
(V opened his phone and played a recording)
V: who is your favorite sibling
Jacob: none I love them all the same and that will never change, they helped me become who I am today by being themselves and I never want them to change, I don't care if they like boys or girls and I also don't care if they want to be a different gender they will always be my sibling and the most important people to me, I just hope they remember our past together and never forget it
(V put his phone away)
Jimin: he never stopped talkin about you and how you mad he's life the best ever or how you saved him from darkness

Namjin are married and adopted 2 kids a boy and a girl - Ryan and Alexa
Jihyo is married to Daniel and they are expecting a child
Brady is happily married to a guy named Felix and they adopted a little boy - Matt
Heechul is married to Momo and they are expecting a child
Amber and Krystal are married and are waiting to have kids
