1. Blueberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
Notes: Start by blending all ingredients except the blueberries. Then, gradually add blueberries while continuing to blend.

2. Banana Peach Smoothie
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup orange juice, no pulp
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 peach

3. Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups watermelon, sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice, no pulp
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Notes: For added protein, add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, flax seeds, or caramel flavored protein powder.

4. Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple, sliced
Notes: Start by blending yogurt, ice, and pineapple juice. Then add banana and pineapple gradually.

5. Pear Kiwi Smoothie
- 2 kiwis
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pear (peeled and seeded)
- 2 tablespoons honey
Notes: For added lime flavor, squeeze juice from a fresh lime into the fully blended smoothie.
