"Dani! im home!" I hear Jessie yell "mom and dad are down here"
I sit up and rub my eyes
so it turned out i cried myself to sleep and now my eyes and puffy and red
I get up and walk downstairs to see my mom and dad at the table
"hey" I smile
"hey baby, how are you feeling?"
"good, just going through some stuff" I sigh
"like what? that mattia kid been popping ya shit?" my dad said taking off his glasses
"no, I have a boyfriend. plus me and him are not talking like that anymore" I make a disgusted face
"well we just came over for dinner thats all" my mother said
"Okay im going to be upstairs"
I walked upstairs and sat on my bed
I ran my fingers threw my hair letting out a big sigh
i hear my phone go off so I pick it up

I walk downstairs and see walmart prepared chicken being served
"is this what we are eating?"
"yes. unless you can cook" jessie said

I sit at the table and we start to eat
"so who is this new boyfriend I dont know about dani" my mom says
"his name is mariano and he was born in mexico, and he is moving to canada this week" I say playing with my food
"hes moving?!" my sister said
"yeah, can we stop talking about that" I nod
"is that what you're upset about" my dad said

the table got silent and I hear a knock at the door
"i got it" I said throwing my fork on my plate and walking to the door
I saw mattia and now im glad he was here
I grab his arm and bring him upstairs, slamming my door
"are you okay?" he said
"no and all I need you to do is put up with my shit and tell me everything is going to be okay" I say sitting on my bed on the verge of tears
he sat next to me and cuddled me awkwardly
"thanks for coming over" I sniffle
"but before you didnt want me to come over"
"but now I do" I sat snuggling my face on his chest
he lightly played with my hair and I just closed my eyes
