Chapter 17:Forced feelings

Narrator's POV

Unknowning to them that Min was behind the door,he saw Kim struggling out of Kim Hyun Joong's charm,he got furious and wanted to go help his brother's wife but he stopped when Kim managed to free herself from Kim Hyun Joong's grasp.He left in pain and sadness seeing the woman he loves with another man.

Kim's POV
"Please Kim,I'm begging you to stop doing this to me,you're driving me crazy"I moved away from him folding my hands together
"You think this is easy for me?,Kim you're driving me nuts,my heart is aching,ever since you walked into my life,my world turned inside out,it's like my whole world revolves round you"Kim said to me
"Its my fault,if I hadn't come to you in the first place and maybe looked for a job else where...,Sun doesn't even know i'm doing this for her...Kim I can't seem to fanthom the idea that something is ever gonna happen between us because it can't and it won't"I said to him firmly
"You walking into my life is the"Hyun Joong paused
"...you can't just ask me to get rid of this feeling"He added
"You will and you have to 'cause I'll never love you for as long as we're married and as soon as Sun's dad wakes up,this...has to end.That was the full deal"I reminded him
"You can leave the way you came"I didn't wanna bear the sad look on his face,it hurts more than the deal,it felt strange that I was falling for him.He left the room without saying a word.

Min's POV
I knocked on Kim Sang's door,he opened the door and let me in his room.Soo Jin was seated on his bed.
"I'm sorry I had to come here at this time of the night,I was bothered by a haunting feeling"I said to him
"Its okay,we're all worried about Kim Seoun even if one of you is behind it"Kim Sang pretended to care and he didn't understand what i really meant
"He means his heart. He's in love with your cousin's wife.Things just keeps getting better"Soo Jin knew exactly what was going on in my head
"Its funny you know exactly what was going on in my head"I tried to soumd sarcastic
"As soon as we have our revenge,she wouldn't even be able to call him her husband when he loses everything"Kim sang said as he went towards the bed and wrap his arm around Soo Jin's waist
"I don't think she married him for his money,there's more to the picture"I said to them
"What's the more explainable reason than wealth?,your family is crazily rich,who wouldn't want that?"Soo Jin sounded reasonable for once
"Hmm"I sighed
"Speak for yourself"I said to her
"Uh"She scoffed
"My boyfriend doesn't even get me gifts"Soo Jin defended
"That's because you don't cherish them Huntress,you told me its a waste of resources"Kim Sang reminded her
"Because it is.One more thing,I almost got blamed for your cousin's disappearance"Soo Jin said suspecting
"The menthol drama,so it wasn't you.Then who was it?"Kim Sang wondered
"You're looking at him"I confessed
"What?,where's she?"Kim Sang got anxious
"Relax you two.You'll find out tomorrow"I said smiling mischieviously

The next morning,we were all dressed and had our breakfast.It was 10am and we were still waiting up for my cousin.

Suddenly we got a call,actually it was Kim Joon,he put his phone on loud speaker for us to hear the conversation with his dad on the phone
"Dad,you're saying she's home with you?"Kim Joon asked
"Yes son,she's waiting for you" His dad said right before hung up the call.Kim and her husband were relieved to hear the news.
An hour later,Kim Seoun was back home with the same dress she wore to dinner with Kim Joon yesterday.
"You're still in the same dress you wore yesterday?"it slipped out of my tongue
"How did you know?,you weren't home with us"Kim Seoun asked curiously,my brother and Soo Jin hid their faces in awkwardness
"I...I figured from Kim Joon's story last night"I quickly maneuvered
"Ohh"She was convinced
"I'm glad you're okay"Kim said hugging my cousin
"Me too"Kim Seoun responded
"How did General Kim Seung Jun find you?"So Jin asked
"You're the one to ask,you seem concerned"Kim Seoun said sarcastically to Soo Jin
"Don't get used to it"Soo Jin defended
"Well?"Kim asked politely
"I woke up by the side walk in the middle of nowhere, I saw a phone booth but I had no money,my purse and my bracelet were gone"Kim Seoun explained touching her wrist
"Your dad found me and brought me home" She continued,facing Kim Joon
"I'm sorry I lost it Joon"She apologize
"Its okay.I'm glad to see you're okay"Kim Joon responded smiling
"I can't believe you spent the night waiting for me"Kim Seoun said to Kim
"All night.We were worried about you"Kim responded smiling
Some moments later,Kim and her husband had left.Kim Joon and Kim Seoun were in her room.
Soo Jin and Kim Sang were with me outside the mansion,staring round the enormous compound.
"Boss,I still don't get it.What really happened?"Soo Jin got curious
"After I kidnapped her,I dumped her beside the phone booth and asked one of my men to watch her.I couldn't hurt my sister to another extent"I explained
"And you were telling me I've gone rogue"Soo Jin said indirectly
"What do you mean?,i don't kill for sport"I said to her
"She's right you know,you're not doing what it takes.Its a sign of weakness.The mission is to destroy..."Kim Sang paused still feeling annoyed about my plan
"You better be quiet about that"I warned him

Kim Hyun Joong's POV
We were downstairs in the living room.
"How well do you know defense?"I asked Kim
"Funny question.I'm American."I boasted
"Ha,Americans and their unrealistic sense of defense,don't get me wrong,I love America.I just watch the BTS of most movies"Kim Joked
"Do you want me to show you what I've got?"Kim asked ready to battle me
"Surprise me"I said ready to battle her
She threw a hard jab,as I blocked it
"I'm impressed"I admitted
"You were saying?"she joked trying to throw another jab but I took her arm and threw her gently to the floor. I was on top her,well almost.
"You were saying?"I joked back as I stood up.I stretch forth my hands to help her get up but she slapped it away jokingly
"You got lucky"Kim bragged
"You got a next time to show me more"I said to her
"What?,this wasn't part of the deal"She protested
"I'm aware...we'll be doing this for the next miserable months of our life together"I said as I headed upstairs to my room.
