Permission

Me: should I ask Ryujin out?
Me: I already confessed...

Taehyun: brooo since when?

Me: weeks ago

Taehyun: I'm proud of u. You're not a coward anymore :)
Taehyun: anyway, yeah you should
Taehyun: don't waste time. Ryujin's a beautiful girl, and a lot of guys can ask her out before you do if you waste time.

Me: okay okay I will

I woke up at around 9 AM. I got myself ready and ate breakfast. Around 11 AM, I went to Ryujin's house. Her dad opened their gate for me and invited me in.

He told me that Ryujin was still asleep. I guess she got tired of dancing. I smiled.

Then, both of us heard footsteps from the stairs. I saw Ryujin who looked like she just woke up. Her hair was quite messy. She looked at me. She was shocked and confused. She ran back upstairs, and her dad was weirded out by her actions.

"So, what are you doing here?" Her dad asked.

My hands were shaking, and I can feel my heart beating like a drum. So loud that I could hear it.

"Sir... I want to ask your permission if I could date Ryujin..." I said and slowly exhaled. He looked at me straight while still holding his phone.

He placed his phone down to the living room table, and clasped his hands together, and once again looked at me.

"So, you're asking my permission, if you could be my daughter's boyfriend?" He asked, and I almost jumped off the couch when I heard Ryujin screamed.

I chuckled at her reaction and looked at her dad once again.

"Yes sir," I said, and he nodded twice.

"Okay. I allow you. If and only if my daughter agrees to this," He said and looked at Ryujin who was still shocked.

"W-What? Wait... I— What? Are you serious right now?" She asked, and I just nodded to answer her question.

"I mean... sure?" She said, and a smile was formed on my face.

"I'm leaving you two here," her dad said.

Ryujin walked slowly towards me and sat across me. She still looked confused.

"So we're dating now?" I asked in a very teasing way. Seeing her confused like that just couldn't stop me from teasing her about the situation.

"Wait what?" She said and looked at me. I laughed at her and placed both of my hands on my cheeks while still looking at her.

"You're cute," I said, and I saw her blush slowly and she looked away.

"Stop. Yeah, I guess we're dating," She said while still looking away.

"So that means you like me too?" I asked her, and she looked at me slowly.

"Like... maybe crush? Or something? Ugh, I don't even know why I said yes," She said and covered her face with her hands.

I took both of her hands, held them, and looked at her. Our faces were now only a few inches away. She was looking at my eyes, and I was looking at hers.

"You're beautiful baby," I said, and she blushed once again.

"Oh my— You should stop doing that~," She said while covering her face once again. She may be tough, but she also has this side. The cute one.

"Why do you like me?" I asked her.

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" She said and rolled her eyes.

"Well, I should too. You said yes to me dating you."

"I don't know. Just a reminder, I still don't love you so don't expect for me to tell you that I love you," she explains.

She's very straightforward. I guess one of the things I like about her is this. We don't have a problem with honesty if she's like this.

"Okay then."

"Hey baby," I said, and she looked at me.

"Oh, so you're my baby?" I asked her and laughed, while she was looking at me like she was very annoyed.

"No, I'm just kidding. You really are my baby, and I love you" I said, and she again looked shocked with what I said.

So, I guess we're dating huh.
