Finally moving on, you then acted like you didn't notice the vampire and continue watching. You don't want Doyoung to tease you on having your eyes on him and as much as you like you don't want the vampire assuming you like him- you were still unsure and you don't want to talk about it. You then heard Doyoung making loud steps towards where you are seated and yet you remained unbothered. Your eyes were at the female chef who is chopping the cabbage in such intense speed. If that was you, you would probably cry because you cut your finger off."Ehem!" You heard Doyoung cleared his throat, earning your attention. He then cross his arms and huffed like a toddler who's having tantrums. "You're not gonna ask where I'm going?" He frowned.

Finding the vampire's behavior quite odd and spontaneous, you raised a brow at him. Instead of answering him, you just went back watching the television. And because of what you did, you heard the vampire whined loudly. Stomping his feet rapidly, the male grumpy  his way and stand in front of you thus making him block your view on the television. You tried shooing the vampire away but he didn't listen. From the looks of it, Doyoung looked like he's having tantrums. Rolling your eyes, you know what the vampire needs. Sighing, you smirked at the him. "Where are you going?" you asked, being uninterested.

"I'm going to work." Doyoung answered, clearing throat.

"Wait you have a job?" You scrunched your nose. You know that the vampire always go out of the house but him having a job? "You're the son of the reigning ruler of the vampire realm right?"

"Yeah."

"So why do you need to work?" You asked. He already have everything and yet, he still works? Was is he paying, the whole city's electricity?

As you assumed, the vampire read your thoughts. "Well, being son of a ruler sucks." He groaned. "I have  to work for twelve hours just like how my dad does."

"Also, I was slacking off for almost three months now. My dad will kill me if I continue not going to work." Your eyes widened, three months? This vampire is lazy.

The vampire gave a weak smile and finally excused himself. Having your eyes on the vampire, he's now walking towards the door frame of the stairs and the living room. Before he could go, he tilt his head and smiled."Do you want something?"

"Huh?" You asked back, confused.
