Jax:Become very tired after using it,if overusing will be in a coma for a day or two

Zana:arms and hands will become numb
Lillian:her elements will become stronger with her emotions so depends on her mood
Victoria:if her anger gets the best of her she will be out of control
Wendicole:VERY bad headaches that are worse then Izuku's
