summer camp had always been jeongin's favorite thing about summer. he looked forward to going to camp every year, it was his escape from his shitty excuse of a family and home. jeongin and his family never had the best relationship, his parents had always favorited his older and younger brother. the poor yang boy felt almost neglected, they hardly ever payed attention to him.
so 4 years ago when jeongin saw an ad in the newspaper for some summer camp, the boy immediately bought the paper. he rushed home to tell his parents and thankfully they let him go. and jeongin's parents allowed him to attend summer camp every year after that. and he was ever so thankful that they let him go, without going to sunny camp he would've never met felix and seungmin.
jeongin met felix and seungmin his first year of camp, they ended up sharing a cabin together along with a few other boys. jeongin couldn't remember most of them because he wasn't as close to him as he was with felix and seungmin. but he did remember huijin, san, and some boy named seungkwan. thankfully camp sunny days has the option where you can pick who you want to share a cabin with.
the only problem was if you don't have 8 people to request to share a cabin with. if you don't have 8 you'll be out with another group of people. for the trio they usually got good "roommates" except last year. last year they had to share a cabin with taeil, yuta, jaehyun, jungwoo, and mark. those boys were the messiest boys jeongin had ever met in his entire life, they were very nice of course. but they were slobs, and that's being generous in jeongin's opinion.
jeongin loved the outdoors, he had always loved nature that's one of the reasons he loved camp. they always did outside activities and what not, the woods were so refreshing. jeongin and the rest of his family lived in charleston, a large city in west virginia. so jeongin didn't get to see much of the forest and nature.
