Jay and Erin were at Erins apartment, drinking beers, eating pizza and watching a movie. Like they done after every tough case, this is how it worked between them, if one of them felt the case more then them, they'd turn up with beer and pizza and talked about anything other then what they experienced that day. No matter how much each other wanted to push the other person away neither would let it happen.

They were near the end of the movie when Jay looked over and smiled, Erin was so lost in it she didn't even notice him staring. When the movie ended she sighed and leant back "I wish my life was a movie sometimes, it would be so much easier."

"In what way?" Jay asked facing her.

"I mean, I'd never have to worry about my hair, or going to the bathroom."

They both laughed, taking a sip from their drinks, Jay looked at her again "What else?"

"Well, when I'm at my lowest point some guy would chase me down the street, pour his heart out and then we'd kiss. Happily ever after." Jay raised his eyebrow and tried to hide his laughter.

"I mean come on, look at them," she pointed at the tv "A horse and carriage, that is awesome."

Jay laughed and shook his head "Not as awesome as this ambiguously upbeat pop song that does not go with the plot of this movie at all, all they are trying to do is convince you that you had a good time watching their shitty movie," he paused "Remind me again, why do we always end up watching the movie that you pick? I shouldn't be watching this much romance. It's not healthy."

Erin chuckled and got up to grab more beer, "I mean I don't get it, why don't they make a movie about what happens after the big kiss?"

Jay shrugged "They do, it's called porn."

Erin laughed and sat back down, passing Jay a beer. It was quiet for a minute and then Erin stretched back "God I miss sex."

Jay nearly choked on his drink and blew out his breath, not knowing what to say.

"I mean sometimes you just need it, you know like cracking your neck."

Jay smirked and tilted his head "Yeah sure, like cracking your neck."

"I'm serious." Erin said punching him in the shoulder.

"Ouch!" Jay said and chuckled "It's never that easy anyway, there's always complications and emotions, even when sometimes you just want it to be a physical act which is what it is. Like tennis, that's a physical act."

"Exactly, two people should be able to have sex like they are playing tennis." She said as she took a sip from her beer.

"And afterwards you shake hands and get on with your shit."

"Yeah exactly." They both said agreeing as they both sipped on their beers.

"Mm, I'm going to clean up." Erin bent down and started picking up the boxes and beer bottles, Jay stared at her ass as she bent down and walked off to the kitchen.

Suddenly a thought crossed his mind, "Let's play tennis then."

Erin heard him and walked back from around the kitchen counter and gave him a confused look "What?"

He shrugged "Let's play tennis," he paused as Erin laughed and walked back "Don't laugh, I'm serious, this could be great it would take all the weirdness out of it."

Jay got up and walked towards her as she looked at him puzzled "What weirdness?"

"Well you know, the one night stand weirdness. All the complications and emotions. "
