Chapter 1: fate

FISHING EARLY MORNING.

*ALARM*
Ugh "why....just why" I groan as I roll over and turn my alarm off.
"Chung y/n wake up, you know we are going fishing today"
This is my mom our family owns a really famous fish market, restaurant and even a bar. Well I own the restaurant and we catch our own fish from time to time...... it's a long story but my parents love catching the game themselves sometimes. I think it gives them a rush of happiness doing it every once in a while.

We board this large fishing boat that my dad bought because he has a mindset that says if it's not big it won't do the job.

I don't mind though as I walk below the deck into the kitchen to eat before the smell of smelly fish come aboard.

My dad gets the boat deep cleaned every time we use it. Our other boats catch fish everyday so they smell really bad... we only fish once a month just to say we have "family outings".

"Y/n hurry and eat we are gonna be sailing out in an hour, I don't want you throwing up everywhere" I stand and solute my dad who is the captain "yes sir captain" I sit and hurry to eat my cereal and I head up to the top.

We set sail for the deep sea... we try to get as far from the coral reefs but they go on for miles all around the good fishing areas but in order to not damage them we have to be careful.

We fish and fish my dad reels in a couple of pounds of fish on the big net we caste every 10 minutes. We have to go through and sort through the fish from healthy fish to the small babies that get caught.

We continue and I look out the window since I am the one who drives the boat because I'm the best when it comes to eyesight. I see a yacht in the water so I go around it. Then I hear my parents yelling for me to stop the ship.

I go to the deck and see men standing on the edge of the yacht and waving their arms and shouting something but we can't really hear them.

I turn the ship off and run back out on the deck so we could hear clearly.

"Please Help us!!! We got stranded out here all night!"  There was oil all around the yacht. I'm pretty sure they hit a coral reef and it damaged a lot of their yacht.
We send over our emergency raft because there is no way for them to get close enough to the ladder that's on the side without it. It's 7 of these men on the raft, I'm glad it's a big raft and not small.

They all climb up one by one and once they are all aboard they introduce themselves.
