When It Hits

"Girl! What happened with your date last night?" Ella asked as soon as I entered our room, itinataas-baba niya pa ang kilay niya. 

"As usual, we just spent the night with a freakin' dinner." I said, rolling my eyes. 

"Oh come on! I told you already, ditch him when you know nothing will happen." Claire said. 

"Eh, sayang naman effort niya eh!" kibit-balikat ko pero sa totoo lang, nagiinit ang ulo ko talaga sa ulupong na iyon! 

"Whatever Gail, don't act like a saint coz you're not! haha." Ella said that made us all laugh. 

We just took our classes like a piece of cake. Nothing really happened a lot, puro lang classes, recites and whatsoever. Business Administration is what me and my girls are taking and we are currently in 2nd year college now. 

"Where will we eat girls?" I asked as soon as we went outside the building. 

"May Italian resto  there, bago raw sabi nila Elijah. I think nandoon na nga yata sila eh." Ella said. 

"Let's go there then." I said. 

We entered the resto Ella suggested a while ago, and surprisingly, I saw Tom, the guy I dated with last night, and he's with Elijah, our guy friend as well. It's a hell of awkward because we ended up not so good last night. Instead of flirting, we ended up fighting!

"Oh, hi Gail." Tom greeted, but instead of talking to him, I rolled my eyes and smiled at Elijah. 

"Hey Elijah, sabay kami." I said, he just nodded and gave us the seats in front of them. 

 "So, did you enjoy last night?" Tom asked out of nowhere. The hell!

"What if I tell you I don't? Would you date me again?" I asked, raising my right brow at him. 

"Why not?" he said, smirking. 

"That's too sad for you, because I'll not date you anymore." I said before eating my pasta. 

My friends just laughed at us. We were not complete though because some of our friends were not in the same university as we were now. We basically consist of eleven people, six girls and five boys. But Me, Ella, Claire, Elijah and Tom were the ones who were all basically together and the others were from different schools. Yes, Tom is our friend too and I dated him last night, but the hell do I care? I don't even know how he ended up being friends with us! 

"Hey Gail, long time no see!" a man from my back greeted me, I can't remember him though so I just smiled and waved my hand at him. 

"Hey, do I know him?" I asked, whispering to Ella.
