One month passed by, with Anurag getting nervous day by day. He planned to propose his lady love once again, this time he had realized love isn't a joke. Finally the day has arrived. It was Prerna's 24th Birthday. Prerna is someone who doesn't believes in throwing grand party or something. All wished was to spend her entire day around her friends.
College: "Happy Birthday Prerna"wished Anjali. "Thankyou so much yaar, I love you a lot!"thanked Prerna. "Awwww!!! I love you too Priyu!"
Just then, Sid arrives and wishes her,"Happy Birthday Prerna!" "Thanks a lot Sid!" While saying that Prerna's eyes were constantly searching for Anurag. "Tum kuchh dhundh rahi ho Prerna?"asks Sid. Sid goes and meet Anurag, and asks him,"Arey Bhaii tune usse wish kiya? Uska gift?" "Sudden change in plan!" "What are you saying?" "Arey pehle tu ye bataa.. I bought this wrist watch for her. Usse pasand aayegi?" Sid sees the watch and say,"Haan of course.. Tu change in plan bataa na.. Tere proposal ka kya hua?" "Yaar Sid, I think this is not the right time to say. Mujhe lagta hai she don't feel the same way. Kahiin aisa na ho pyaar paane ki koshish mein nafrat kamaa lu. Abhi mujhe iss dosti ko thoda time dena chahiye. Ye proposal thode time baad." "Huh.. You stupid tu usse jab tak nahi batayega vo tab tak feel hi nahi karegi. Aur tera chehra saaf bataa raha hai kuchh aur baat hai. So bataa!! Abhi!!" "Himmat nahi hai mujhme usse jaake ye baat bolne ki. Kis munh se jaake usse propose karu jab life ka sabse badaa heartbreak dene wala bhi main hi tha. Usne bhale hi mujhe maaf kar diya. Par kya vo bharosa vo trust dobara establish ho gya? Nahi hua Sid nahi hua. Aur kya pataa ab usse koi aur pasand ho. Isliye abhi mujhe thoda wait karna chahiye" "Aur kitna wait karega bhai tu 7 mahine pehle ki baatein hai vo. Tabse tu wait hi kar raha hai. Kahiin aisa na ho tera pyaar unexpressed hi reh jaaye." "Shayad haan. Humesha hi reh jaayega.. Unexpressed!! Not all love stories are beautiful. Some are painful too. Main usse propose nahi karunga."
Meanwhile, Prerna listens all this but was unnoticed by Anurag and Sid. She runs away from there quietly. She was happy that he still loves her but sad at the same time that he will never express it and feared too because she doesn't want her heart to suffer that pain again. She goes to Shivani with Anjali. "Shivi kuchh baat kar sakte hain?" "Ohh my god Priyu di!!Apko puchhne ki zarurat hai kya. Of course kar sakte hain bolo.." "Yaar tujhe kya lagta hai? Anurag mere baare mein kya sochta hai?" "Yaar di main kaise batau aapko par kahii na kahii mujhe lagta hai vo sirg aapko ek achhi dost consider karta hai aur kuch nahii" "Aur pyaar?" "Di! Agar vo karta toh bataa chuka hota." "Main usse apni feelings batana chahti hu par mujhe darr lagta hai baat bigad na jaaye. My love should remain.. Unexpressed!" "No di. Kab tak chhupaogye?" "Jab tak chhupa sakti hu" "Ghar jaake baat karenge iss matter pe achhe se abhi lecture hai." "Jaa"
Anurag comes to Prerna, "Yaar Prerna tumhe kitna dhundha kaha thi tum?" "So sorry" "Arey nahi pagli.. Happy Birthday Prerna. Lo gift for you. Tumhe watches bohot pasand hai na?" "Haan tumhe yaad hai" "Bilkul" "Thankyou" "Pleasure is all mine!" "Kuchh aur bhi kehna hai?" "Nahi.. Nahii" "Pakka na?" "Haan" "Bhot sundar hai watch" "Sambhal ke rakhna humesha" "Of course dil ke kareeb.." Both of them kacked words then. Kehne ko bohot kuchh tha sivaay alfazo ke.
Meanwhile, Rishabh Bajaj, 26 year old guy who was pursuing Master's from the college comes towards Prerna.

And Anurag's mind couldn't stop asking itself,"will she say yes?" "No!" Said Prerna in a clear voice. "Main aapko jaanti hi nahi toh main ye decision kaise le lu aur main apni padhai pe focus karna chahti hu in sab pe nahi. I am so sorry but I can't accept your proposal." "Soch lo kahi baad mein regret karo." "Soch chuki.. You may leave!"
