Shawn's POV

"Shawn"!!

"Yes mom?" I answered.

"Turn that music down and get ready for your last day of school please!"

Ughhh... I was too lazy today, I got up from bed, took a quick shower and put on my usual white singlet and black skinny jeans. I ran down the stairs as fast as could grabbed my car keys and made my way to the garage.
As I drove to school I couldn't help but think about what happens after high school. Am I going to make a great musician? Will my fans love me? Am I really going to meet all those celebrities?
I couldn't help but smile as I remembered how happy my mum was when she found out I got signed with a record label, Island records... hmmmm what have you got for me.

"Watch where you're going ode!"

Whoa! I didn't realise I was at school already

"Sorry!" I yelled an apology to the girl.

I entered my first class literature ughhh...

"Mendes you're late again"!

"I'm sorry Mr. Innocent" I said

The whole class snickered

Well this is going to be a long day

School wasn't that bad... I drove home playing my favourite song  somebody to you by the Vamps.... ughhh I really need a girlfriend

"Shawn, I took your hair gel from your room!" Aaliyah shouted

"Stop! give it back"

" Whatever, I can't believe you're actually leaving tomorrow" she rolled her eyes at me

I smiled at her

"I know you're gonna miss me, admit it"

"No I'm not" she blushed

"Okay then" I smirked

The next morning.....

"Shawn wake up! Your plane leaves in an hour!" my dad screamed in my ear.

I quickly ran towards the bathroom, had my bath, combed my hair and put on my favourite outfit... my Nike sneakers with a grey shirt and black jeans.

It didn't take long for us to get to the airport

Gate 5, leaving for Los Angeles 10:39

We were right on time

My new life starts now....  I thought to myself, looking out the plane window
