It's emotional, angsty and hell of a manga. I know "Sick" is this mangaka's most popular manga but this one and it's sequel might be the best in my opinion.
This one's is beautiful with cursive letters. I cried in both the Prequel and Sequel. Their journey together will physically hurt you and make you sob with both happiness and sadness.
