I looked around and I see evidence that could prove that many kaito's dead. The monopad didn't say who was since Monokuma doesn't know who it was.

I found a camera that showed what happened.... It showed Tenko laying on the press then it stoped for a few seconds then it crushed her.

Damn..... What a way to go.
