Aurora and Charlotte Evans were often referred to as the real life Sharpay and Ryan, not to mention they shared a surname. Aurora was very full of herself, believing she was better and forcing her sister into things without thinking. Charlotte was less full of herself and she just did what her sister wanted most of the time, unless she really disagreed then she would cause an argument. But they got on, quite well for the most part.

Charlotte had been ready for almost ten minutes, sitting on the couch in their extravagant living room. She threw and caught a pillow, laying back so she was looking up at the ceiling. "Don't do that, you'll ruin your hair" her mom stated as she walked into the room. The blonde sat up with a proving look on her face, as her hair stayed perfectly curled, not ruined in the slightest. "Rory are you ready?" She shouted, her soft voice echoing around the house. "Almost" Aurora shouted back, stepping into her heels and walking downstairs.

"Mommy? What do you think?" she asked, spinning around slightly at the bottom of the stairs. "Gorgeous, now let's go" Mrs Evans was in need to get to work. "good, I need to look good, need to find a new boyfriend for this year" Aurora muttered, taking her bag from the side, tossing her hair over her shoulder. Charlotte jumped up, swinging her bag over her shoulder with a grin.

The twins walked into school, with the most confidence most of the new students had ever seen. Aurora walked in front, radiating Sharpay energy, as she caught everyones eye. She loved the attention, whereas Charlotte couldn't care less. She gave some of the people staring at her small smiles, but her focus was finding her best friend.

"Lottie! Rory!" Charlie, Charlottes best friend since kindergarten, called as he walked up to the pair happily. "Don't call me that" Aurora muttered, scanning the crowd as they continued their walk. "Geez, what's up with her?" Charlie asked, falling into step with Charlotte. "Lucas broke up with her over summer, now she needs a new boyfriend" Charlotte filled in her best friend. "Interesting, so what I'm hearing is he's single?" Charlie raised an eyebrow. "As far as i'm concerned, yes" Charlotte answered with a confused look. Charlie nodded with an innocent grin.

"Lucia!" Aurora snapped at the innocent fellow senior who has been auroras best friend and assistant since they were children. "Yes" the brunette answered, putting her head up from her locker. "Where were you this morning?" Aurora asked impatiently. "Sorry, I had to find my new locker as they switched me around, I would have been there sooner but I did get you drinks?" she smiled, holding up a tray. She handed one to Aurora, Charlotte and Charlie, before taking her own. "Forgiven, walk with me" Aurora gave her a smile, before strutting away towards her locker.

The four walked towards the infamous pink lockers, which Aurora had claimed almost instantly as soon as she began at east high. Charlotte leant again her own as she watched the crowd go by. "any news?" she questioned to no one in particular. "There's a new drama teacher" Lucia informed her, making both Charlotte and Auroras eyes grow. "Has the musical been announced?" Aurora asked as she touched up her makeup in the mirror of her locker. "Not yet, supposedly during the assembly" Lucia replied, making both Evans twins sigh.

A boy walking along, a skateboard under his arm, who had curls and brown eyes caught charlottes eye. "Who's that?" she questioned. "Who?" Lucia spun around. Charlotte inched to the boy as he walked past them. "Ricky Bowen, junior" Lucia answered with a smile. "Single?" Charlotte pushed. "Yep" Charlie answered this time. "How'd you know that? Don't tell me he's gay?" Charlotte asked, sighing. "No he's not gay sadly, well as I know, but his girlfriend, Nini-" Charlie began. "Salazar-Roberts, junior as well, harmless chorus girl, played a cow and a tree" Lucia butted in, Charlotte nodding whilst Aurora listened, bored.

"She wrote him a completely adorable song, telling him she doesn't not love him, then apparently he couldn't say it back and he said they should take a break, then at theatre camp she met-" Charlie was yet again interrupted, but this time by Aurora who spotted someone walking past.

"Who's that?" she grinned, pointing to him with a grin. "Ej Caswell, you had like six classes with him last year, we've been in the same class since second grade" Charlotte rolled her eyes. "Never noticed him before, but he is my boyfriend this year" The blonde grinned,d appalling more lipgloss. "I think not honey, he is Ninis new boyfriend, they met at theatre camp and they seem like the perfect couple" Charlie announced, with an unintentional grin. "We'll see about that" Aurora muttered before snapping her fingers, "Lets go."

As the foursome walked through the halls, Charlie fell into step with Aurora and slung an arm over her shoulders. Aurora shrugged him off with a glare. "So ror, any chance you could set me up with your ex-boyfriend?" he asked, earning himself another glare. "Not a chance" she told him, making the boy step back where he was next to Charlotte.

"So lots, any chance you could set me up with her ex-boyfriend?" he reacted, putting his arm over the others twins shoulders. "I can try, but one, does he even know you exist? two, why don't you just go for guys that you know...actually like boys?" Charlotte sighed, but smiling none the less. "One, he does know I exist, I sat next to him in history last year and two, because they are all younger than me" Charlie replied, sighing. "Senior year is going to be fun."
