"I'm just happy. In a few months you'll be busy. Both on internships and promoting the band. Makakaya mo ba?"

"We talked with the management. We'll continue appearing on some shows if there's an invitation but our internship's the most prioritized right now."

"Eh paano 'yan? Wouldn't it be a hassle for you?"

"It's okay. Time flies so fast. Dad won't give me the firm until I told him to. Ang sabi ko naman sa kaniya, once I established a name, I'll start handling the company."

"How would you do that?"

He smirked. "We all have plans flower. After getting our licenses, we'll start on small projects for our career while still on the band. It's possible, I might say. And we've already made a deal."

"About what?" Now, I was interested.

"Once we're all married, we'll disband."

I gasped, "What? That's insane!"

"Flower, it's not. We all have our goals in life. Singing and creating music will always be a part of our lives but it's not what we really live for."

He sighed. Hinila niya ako patungo sa kaniya at ibinaon niya ang mukha sa aking leeg. He planted a kiss on the curve of my neck before putting his chin on my shoulders.

"Besides, I am married now. Just four to go."

Inirapan ko na lang si Rhett. I think their plan was good and I quite understand him. Hindi naman kasi musika ang pinag-aralan nila. It's not their real career in the first place but they made it a vital part of their lives. Kinikilala na sila at tinitingala ngayon but in the end they still want the career that they've always dreamed of.

Rhett have my support in everything now. Asawa niya na ako, sa papel man o sa mata ng mga pamilya namin. Hindi naman mahalaga kung alam iyon ng ibang tao basta't para sa akin, magiging mabuti at suportado akong asawa para sa kaniya. Even if he was this far now, I always felt that I am so near to him. Walang laban sa akin ang mga babaeng sumisigaw ng pangalan niya sa tuwing tumutugtog sila dahil sa katapusan ng araw, sa akin pa rin naman siya uuwi.

Mas lalo na kaming naging abalang dalawa nang kalagitnaan na ng second semester ng school year. He was both busy with their band promotion and internship. Mas napili niyang sa architectural firm na lang ng kanilang pamilya mag-internship kasi natanggap na siya, although he also applied for other firms. He had been accepted to most of the companies where he submitted his resume.

We also celebrated our first anniversary as a married couple. It falls on a Monday so we're kind of both busy to even have a date outside. Ang naplano ko, doon kami sa condo kumain dahil pinaghandaan ko naman ang araw na iyon.

He didn't forget about it because he had brought me flowers. We danced into the slow music and we even watched a movie even though it was a school day the next day.

"Syd! Kuhanan mo ako ng dugo!" Marriam approached me when our last class ended. Nakasuot pa ako ng laboratory gown kasi ngayon lang kami natapos. We were divided into two groups during laboratory hours. Nasa ibang group kasi si Marriam dahil nare-arrange kami.

"Mamaya na. Maglilinis pa kami ng area." sabi ko.

"Kasi naman, si Albert takot akong kuhanan. Hindi pa naman practical." ungot niya.

"Ganoon talaga. It's not like everyone who entered this program aren't afraid of blood."

"Tuturuan naman tayo?" I chuckled while wiping our area. Itinuro ko sa kaniya ang upuan malapit. She sat there while I prepare the materials needed for venipuncture.
