Hello ya'll. I really didn't plan on doing this, but I got an idea that I want you guys to read, so here we are. Please don't expect updates every week like you do for my main boo. This book will only be updated when I get some inspiration worthy of being in this book. I will announce it on my profile whenever I update. I will take some suggestions, so P.M me if you have an idea for a one shot. Without further ado, here is your one shot:

The Park Village Mall

1200 Hours

Mike and Zoe were in a mall, shopping. Well, more like Zoe was shopping and Mike was carrying everything trying not to bump into anyone. But first let me explain how it got to this.

Flashback to yesterday, 8:00 PM in Mike's room

Mike was wearing his shoes, preparing to go on his nightly run, when he heard a knock at the door. He walked to the door and opened it. It was Zoe. But there was something unusual. She was looking at her feet a lot, and there was a tinge of red on her face.

"Come in," Mike said, letting Zoe through. Zoe walked in. Mike picked up his water bottle and sat down on the bed. Zoe tried to say something, but it just came out as a mumble

"What is it?" Mike asked.

"Well, I was thinking, would you...maybe come to the mall with me tomorrow?" Zoe asked. Mike choked on the water he was drinking.

"Like on a date?" Mike said after he stopped choking.

"No, as friends," Zoe said. Mike was slightly disappointed at that, but he still agreed nevertheless.

End Flashback

And now we're here. Mike had barely avoided colliding into an old lady when Zoe's cell phone rang.

"Who's that?" Mike asked.

"No idea," Zoe said, but when she saw the Caller ID, her face lit up like she had just won the lottery.

"Sorry, but I really really need to take this call," Zoe said, walking to around the nearest corner and accepting the call. Mike waited a few minutes for Zoe to return, but when she didn't, his curiosity got the best of him. He slowly walked behind Zoe, until he could hear parts of the call. He heard Zoe talk.

"Hey, how are you?" Zoe asked.

"Good, and you?" said a male voice that sounded like they were about 14 years old on the other end of the line. Mike froze. Why was she talking to a guy? And more importantly, why had she seemed so excited when she got the call.

"I'm fine," Zoe replied.

"Where are you," the guy asked.

"At the mall with a friend," Zoe replied. "But why do you care?"

"It's my job to care. After all, I am your b-" the guys started. Mike would have loved to hear the rest of the sentence, but he was bumped into by a lady who was on her phone.

"Watch it, young man," the woman said, before walking off and continuing her phone call.

"Bye, I'll call you back," Zoe said. Mike had just managed to get into a sitting position when Zoe walked back around the corner. She froze when she saw Mike.

"Why are you on the ground, and were you spying on me?" Zoe asked suspiciously.

"Some lady on a phone call bumped into me, and I was just coming to see what was taking so long," Mike said as innocently as possible. Zoe sighed and nodded, but still didn't seem convinced.

"Let's go to that store next," Zoe said, pointing towards another clothes store.

"Why don't you get your boyfriend to carry your clothes?" Mike said under his breath.

"What's that Mike?" Zoe asked.

"The person you were on a call with. He's your boyfriend, right?" Mike asked, and accusation under the question.

"The person on the call? Oh, Jacob. Mike, that's my brother." Zoe said. Mike's face flushed red with embarrassment. When he had heard the first b, he had assumed it was boyfriend. He never thought about the possibility of any other word.

"Sorry," Mike muttered, still embarrassed.

"Why would you think that he was my boyfriend?" Zoe asked.

"Sorry, I assumed things," Mike said. Zoe nodded. Then she seemed to get an idea.

"We've done enough shopping together for the day. How about we get some frozen yogurt from that frozen yogurt place a few stores back?" Zoe asked.

"Yeah, that would be great," Mike said. They both walked toward the frozen yogurt place together. Mike took his favorite, mango, and Zoe took her favorite, strawberry. When they got to the front of the line, Mike gave the cashier the money.

"Mike! You didn't have to pay for me," Zoe said.

"It's my treat," Mike said, winking and picking up their frozen yogurts. They both enjoyed their frozen yogurts in silence. It was a bit awkward, but they both felt comfortable. Ten minutes later, they were both done.

"I'm meeting a few friends here to shop some more, so you can go back to Saint Smittens," Zoe said. Mike took a deep breath. He had decided he was going to tell Zoe how he felt about her.

"Hey Zoe, wait a minute," Mike said, grabbing Zoe's hand. Before he knew what was happening, Zoe had turned around and put her lips on his. It was a short kiss, but Mike enjoyed every second of it.

When Zoe pulled away, she said, "thank you for all the help, the frozen yogurt, and the wonderful day."

"Thank you," was the only thing Mike was able to say. But judging by the look on Zoe's face, that was okay.

"Bye then," Zoe said, waving and running off.

Mike just stood there for a while, grinning like an idiot.

Little did he see Ben and Erica spying on him. They had seen the whole thing and had videotaped all of it for blackmail purposes.

"Let's go," Erica said. Ben nodded, and then disappeared into the shadows, still holding hands.

And, scene. I hope you enjoyed the oneshot! I know the title says it's Zike, but to make up for all the missed Berica moments in my other book, I gave you the ending. Once again, hope you enjoyed it, and have a wonderful day!
