Hello! this is a headcannon. sorry if theyre not any good. these are my ideas for them if they where in a relationship.

-Kageyama keeps oikawa in-line. He's the only person who oikawa will listen to (apart from iwa-chan).

-Oikawa is an attention whore (i think we all knew this anyway). but like if Kageyama talks to anyone longer than ten minutes than oikawa struts over there and takes his man.

-Kageyama is lowkey possessive.

-Kageyama is insecure about the past he has with oikawa

-Kageyama wears oikawas aoba johsai jacket more than oikawa.

-Oikawa is jealous of hinatas and kageyamas friendship.

-Oikawa can be a little bitch (excuse my language) sometimes. He'll just randomly be bitchy to kageyama. but apologised and admits that he is jealous of kageyamas spiking abilities.

-iwaizumi is always on kageyamas side in any arguments just so he's against oikawa.
