#1 ONESHOT

I'm here in front of Lorelei and my Loki dear's unit door. I stopped from openeing the door when I heard Loki's hearty chuckled. I still didn't move any part of my body. Did he just...chuckled?

I smiled, excited to see him but then, I heard Lorelei's voice, "Para kang sinapian ng engkanto---"

"How many times do I have to told you, my dear Lorelei? Extraordonary creatures doesn't exist."

"And I already told you many times that don't call me 'dear Lorelei'. "

"Come on. I'm used to it."

"Psh. Whatever. Papasok na ako sa kuwarto ko."

After they finish their conversation, I knocked and go inside. I flashed a sweet smile on Loki dear as Freya, which is on his lap, hissed. She jumped and go inside Lorelei's room that is slightly open. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ayaw na ayaw sa akin ng pusa na iyun.

Inalis ko sa aking isipan ang tungkol doon at umupo na lang sa tabi ni Loki. He didn't look at me so asked him, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." he lowered his book and look at me, "What are you doing here by the way?"

I put my left hand around his right arm before handing him the envelope. "Someone envited me to join a play and said I could bring someone."

His eyebrows knitted, "What kind of play?"

"A theater play."my smile grew wider, "So I'm here--"

"No."

I'm confused, "What?"

He shook his head, "I know you'll ask me to come with you so I answered NO."

Ginamit ko ang pinaka-mabjsa kong charm pero umiling pa rin siya. "But Loki dear..."

He sighed, nawawalan na ng pasensiya. "I already said no."

"It's a musical theater! And they choose Alladin! It's fun, isn't it?"

Si Al ang sumagot, "Yeah, kinda. Hindi naman kasi ako magaling na aktor."

Lorelei chuckled, "Hindi daw.."

"What?"

"I still remember the elementary days. You got an award for being the best actor in the whole school, tapos sasabihin mo na wala kang talent pagdating doon?"

"Dati pa yun, nakalimutan ko na ang tungkol doon."

Lorelei didn't reply back but there's a smile plastered on her face as she shook her head and mumbled something.

After that, Loki dear finally opened his mouth, "We really are needed to stay there for two days? It's just a theater play."

I held his arms tightly, "Of course, dear. We still need to practice it and memorize the script."

"Pero sa tingin mo, kaya ng dalawang araw?" asked Lorelei na dinagdagan na man ni Ali.

"Oo nga. Siguro sayo, Jamie, madali dahil nakaranas ka na sa ganito and you have your photographic memory." he looked at me in the rear mirror for a second before looking back at the road again. "But us? I don't think so. Especially with Loki." then he laughed.
