Being born into a rich family, having perfect parents, not having to work a day in your life, sounds amazing, right? Wrong. Life couldn't be worse.
Kunimi Aizawa, a famous author who is known for her murder mystery novels. She has made millions and is one of the most renown people of all time. Along with her amazing writing skills, she was and still is known for her extravagant beauty. Most call her perfect, and in all honesty, she is. She has the personality, skill, beauty, and is a role model for many. Not only that, she persevered through a rough childhood including child abuse and poverty. She is the definition of "you can do anything".
Her husband, Atsu Aizawa is a male who was previously in the army and is extremely fit despite being in his late forties. Like his wife, he was also gifted with good looks which tended to get on Kunimi's nerves as women tended to flirt with him. Atsu currently works as a fire fighter and a gym coach. He's not famous like both his wife and son but is still well respected. He's kind and is definitely willing to give his life for those around him without hesitation. Atsu is trained in many fighting styles, martial arts and boxing his main and most refined though.
On the other hand, Shota Aizawa, the son of Kunimi Aizawa and Atsu Aizawa, is also a famous author. His popularity grows over each passing minute. Give or take another ten years and he would surpass his mother in both income and fans. No, he didn't look as stunning as his mother and his personality is aggravating to most, but his skill when it came to writing is not a talent to be reckoned with. Despite what you may expect, Shota is known for many of his romance novels. He's published countless amounts of best sellers. They are known to be realistic, well written, and captivating. Though he may seem to have a perfect life, money, fame, a supportive family, it would be quite the contrary.
Ever since Shota was young, he admired both his parents. They were extraordinary and completed goals most could only dream of. Shota got a great combination of genes. He was intelligent, devilishly handsome, naturally stronger than most, and had a charm that he couldn't stand. It is said Shota is the 'bad boy' type or an internal softy which in all honesty, wasn't far off. Though, he despised people. There was little to no reason to enjoy them either.
At the age of 4, he learned the entire alphabet and began to learn to read and write at 5. At 6, his father began teaching him judo and karate. At 10, he began writing his own short stories. When he hit the age of 11, he was a black belt in karate and began learning systema. He was forced to take dancing lessons at 13 along with cooking. He had multiple tutors so he wouldn't fall behind on his studies. Shota excelled at everything he did. Why? Because he always put in the effort. He never half assed it. Yes, he was fairly lazy but when it came down to it, he got the job done and done well.
Shota published his first novel at 15. Having the reputation of the famous authors son, he was pushed ahead in popularity but the standards were far higher. No matter what he did, it was never enough. Every ounce of work he put it, every minute of his time, never enough. So what did he do? He pushed himself harder. He never gave up. It didn't matter what he needed to do, he did it.
Now Shota has grown to be a young adult aged at 23. Due to Shota's growing popularity, so did his mothers. The two of them continued writing intriguing books of their own genres. Shota's success was reached in just a few short years which in all honesty, seemed quite unrealistic, which it is.
Despite being known to be close to perfect, his fuse was nothing but short. He had a small amount of patience and hated when others did things wrong which would be why he always did his work alone. He didn't have an editor, proofreader, manager, nothing. He did everything on his own. He would typically read his own work after a few weeks so his mind would be a refreshed and he could check over it. Given it is more work for himself, the result would be better. This is because every little thing was his way.
Shota's mother always urged him to do things. It used to be extracurricular activities but now, she tried pushing him to take a break. To go out and find someone he loves and cherishes. Her words were always kind and genuine but Shota always had a slightly different view on peoples words. He always felt there to be an alternative motive and his reasoning for this is understandable. Shota always believed his mother was beginning to get envious of his success and was trying to push him down, get a distraction so he would begin to write less, be less focused. If that were to happen, he would go back down the ranks, no?
Besides all this, he's a normal male. He has feelings. He gets sad, mad, excited (though very rarely) and at times, quite envious. Shota is not some sort of robot that cannot express emotions. What makes a person who they are is what they feel. Though, thats also what makes a person so complicated and difficult to understand.
The things people do and say are not always driven by logic, rather than our gut feeling or strong passions and emotions, overpowering what is reasonable. Shota likes to work logically. He doesn't let personal connections or such affect what he does or how he does it. He treats everyone the same, whether it be with respect or not. At times, he cannot control what he feels. He allows his heart to overcome his brain, especially when the topic is on his or his mothers writing.
Shota grumbled as he let out a deep sigh, sitting up straight from his couch, looking at the clock on his right wall and yawned. It had just hit 2:00 AM and he was almost halfway through his new book of a popular series which was beginning to have fans demand the cliffhanger be completed. His fingers were starting to cramp and without getting even a few minutes of sleep, he was more than ready to pass out.
The ravenette had his own books up on shelves, not that anyone would ever see besides a few ultra fans or stalkers to put it bluntly who managed to hunt him down and get his address. Besides the books, his house was fairly empty. He lived alone and in a fairly large house. It was quite sad if you were to think about it. Despite writing extravagant romance novels, he himself had not yet felt "love". He had a few flings here and there but it was nothing serious. Shota never felt a real attraction to those people anyways. He never felt the "butterflies" that others spoke of. He never felt his heart pound in his chest or the feeling of getting flustered over another person. Shota yearned for that but he never reached it so at one point, he just gave up.
He would often lay on his couch, sleeping or writing. It was all he knew to be honest. Shota knew for a fact that his best chapters were made when he was drunk so more often than not, he had a few shots or some drinks of wine before getting to work. His personality didn't change much, he just let down his guard more so he would never lie. Nobody but himself knew that though, not even his parents.
Today would be no different... or so he thought. Nothing would change his life more than this one small, insignificant event. The effects of this may be positive or negative, everyone is to soon find out.
