Colby walks out after her, Gen saw you and gave Colby a messed up look. You run out the door and Colby goes to get you but Gen stops him.
C: "What!? Get off!!"
G: "Colby stop! Do you even know what happened to her!?"
C: "No! Tell me!"
G: "Just sit down and give me a second, don't go get her!"
C: "Fine."
She gets her phone so she can check if you text her. She sits down next to Colby on the couch.
G: "So, her last boyfriend, Mike, he wa-"
C: "Mike you saw at the party!?"
G: "Yes but-"
Colby gets up and tries to leave but Gen stops him again.
G: "Colby stop it!! Let me finish."
Gen explains about Mike, he was very abusive and he abused you mentally and physically. It has been 5 months since you broke up and he's still obsessed with you. You never told Colby what happened because you didn't want him to worry.
G: "He is still obsessed with her, so just be careful with her."
C: "Can I go now!?"
G: "Yes but just be careful
He puts his shoes on and runs out the door.
You're at mulholland drive because you knew Colby wouldn't find you. You sit in your car, not holding the tears back anymore. Every time you kissed Colby you felt his punch.
Colby drives past all the places he thinks you could be. But he didn't find you. He is losing hope.
You look down at your phone and see all the missed calls from Colby and one text from Gen.
G: *I told Colby about Mike and he's coming to find you. I do really think he'll help you but be careful with him. Love you!*
The tear dropped down your cheek and a car pulled up behind you.
