"Hey, Tori. Hey, Tori's friends" Trina said coming over to us "Yeah, I'm not really her friend" I said walking away from them with Jade trailing behind me

"So, listen–" Trina started

"I'm not buying you a present" Tori stated "Ah, you already did" Trina said going around her to the other side "This hat" she said making Tori confused

"I didn't buy you that hat"
"Did too."

"Well, Indirectly." Trina nervously laughed "See, I sold the song and used the money to buy the hat. I know most girls can't pull off the whole hat look, but my head has a perfect shape, you know, so–"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah" Tori interrupted her unnoticed of what Trina said about selling the song "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa" She finally notice what her sister said

"What do you mean you sold the song I gave you?"

"Well, you know my friend Molly?" Trina said

"Little feet, big thighs?"

"Mmhm, Her uncle is one the main dudes at devolution records I played the song for him and he, like, freaked over it" Trina explained "The song I sang for your birthday?" Tori asked

"Yeah! He gave me 500 bucks for the rights and get this... He wants me to record it professionally" Trina said excited "You? You're gonna sing it?"

"Of course, He thinks it could be a hit. I turned your terrible present into a new hat and a great opportunity" Trina began to walk away but Tori stopped her "But wait, but-but-but- but does he know that I was the one singing the song and not you?"

"You know, that did not come up" Trina said truthfully "Trina, how can you just do that? You can't–" Tori got cut off by Trina and the school bell

"Got to scamper" She began to walk away but stop and pointed at the coffee Tori was holding that Jade gave to her "Hey, are you gonna finish your coffee?"

"No. Jade found this in the–" Tori cut herself off "You can have it" Trina awed and blew a air kiss to her sister a drank the coffee and walked away

"That's right, drink the garbage coffee" Tori said evilly while shaking her head

"Trina, you set" Rico asked Trina "I am super set" Trina said super excited inside the recoding studio

"Okay, then we're gonna put one down"
"Yes, let's put one down"

"Track one" Rico Told th producer next to him

"Playback" The producer said as music started making Trina dance to the song

"I don't wanna make a scene, I don't wanna let you down. I try to do my own thing and I'm starting to figure it out but it's all right keep it together," As Trina keep singing the two guys look at each other and began to mess with the voice transformer (Idk what that shit is called so I'ma call it that) to try and make Trina sound better but she kept singing very off-key

Rico told the producer to stop so the producer shut the song off making Trina stop singing

"I'm not hearing any music anymore" Trina told them "Uh, yeah, your vocal, you're not sounding like you did on the live demo you played for me" Rico tell her

"Oh, right. I was just trying it a different way" Trina said trying to find an excuse

"Oh, okay, well, why don't you just try singing it like you did on the demo?" Rico said to trina "Yes, sir. No problemo"

"Great, great. Let's go again" Rico told the producer

"Take two" The music started again making Trina dance to it once again

"I don't wanna make a scene, I don't wanna let you down. I try to do my own thing" Trina started to sing off key once again "And I'm starting to figure it out,"

"Can't you make her doing better?" Rico ask "Yup" The producer turned Trina mic off only the song is the only thing you could her "You just turned off her mic"

"Mmhmm. Sound better?"
"Yeah"

They turned her mic back on, "And it's crazy that someone could change me now no matter what it is I have to do I'm not afraid to try" She sang very off key

"No, no. Oh, no, no" Rico groan "But what happened? I was feeling that one" Trina said confused "You weren't feeling it?"

"Okay, what's up?" Rico asked her "Oh, you want me to sing louder?"

"No! That live demo you played for me, how come you can't sing like that now?"

"Well...." Trina played with her fingers nervously "Are you the singer on the demo or not?" Rico asked

"I'm genetically similar to that singer" Trina said slowly

"All right, that's it, I'm pulling the plug on this"

"No, no, wait" Trina tried stopping him "Hey, pull the plug, man. We're going home"

"Just wait a second. Let me fix this" Trina groan while rolling her eyes as she thinks of her sister "How?" Rico asks, Trina pulls out her phone and went to her contact "What—who are you–?" Rico asks looking over at her phone "Just shush" Trina interrupted him

"I might be crazy have I told you lately that I love you?" Tori sings "You're the only reason that I'm not afraid to fly,"

"She killing it or what?" Andre asks Rico as Trina sits in a table behind her shaking her head "She's fantastic"

"That someone could change me," An assistant came and gave coffee to the three of them, Trina not included, "Can I have a coffee?" Trina yelled over the music "No!" The producer and Rico said in unison making Trina mouth stay open "It's not good" Andre lied to her turning around drinking the coffee "It's so good" he whispered

"Bring it down" Rico told the producer as his phone rings "What? Shut up. Don't play with me, man"

"Are you serious" Rico asks as Tori kept singing "Okay, we're on our way"

"Cut it, cut it"

"We're in the middle of a take" The producer told him "Cut the session, man" The music got cut off and Tori stopped singing, "Uh, what happened? Are we taking a break?"

"That was Jesse" Rico told The producer ignoring Tori "He played the song for Beyoncé and she went nuts over it"

"Shut up!"
"She might wanna record it"

"Beyoncé?" Trina asks in shock "He's with her right now" Rico said

"Oh, my god!"

"What's happening out there?" Tori asks still inside the recording studio

"Beyoncé likes our song?" Andre asked Rico "My song" Rico said "Best 500 bucks I ever spent!"

"Hello?"

"Come on, Man, let's go meet Beyoncé" The producer said Very excited than all of them "Can I come?" Trina asks

"No!"

"But I wanna meet–"

"Aren't you gonna—Yo. Really? The lights" Andre said as Rico turn the lights off forgetting the other three
