Kei's pov

Uzui explained that there was reports of a demon in the entertainment district and that his three wives were to investigate and has stopped writing

We are to be sold to the three houses that they where in to figure out more about the demon and where the three wives are

we walked around i was dressed in a red kimono with a flower pattern i kept touching my face because i wasnt use to the amount of it on my face nor was i use to it at all this made uzui a bit mad

Me and tanjiro where the first to go to go to the tokito house once we got there the lady noticed that my makeup was messed up

"I see your not use to makeup yet i find that a little surprising for a girl your age"she says with a soft giggle

"Not at all lady koinatsu" i say politely she fixes the makeup before sending us to our first thing to do

We get it done because tanjiro does pretty much everything but we continue to work on the mission i sit down next to koinatsu

"Lady koinatsu may i ask you a question"i says softly smiling

"Why of course young lady what might be troubling you"she says so kindly i guess i've gotten use to sanemi's grunts for responds or his not nows

"Well i heard the other girls talking about a lady named suma and i wanted to ask why she would run away"i asked tilting her head

"Well there could be multiple reasons for her disappearance none of us exactly know she didnt talk much for her short stay a sweet girl though but the girls say running away because theres a lot of incidents where that happens either because oh how they're treated or the main orian but i dont want to start gossiping so go rest now" she says smiling

The orian is someone who has great beauty and power amongst the others i nodded getting up bumping into the beauty herself

She looked down at me and knocked a vase down "clean it up peasant"

I look at her like who the hell does she think she is "why should i take orders from you?"i ask crossing my arms

"Because your mearly just some dirt on my shoe clean. It. Up"she says angrily

"And if i dont?"i say looking up at her she slapped me hard it hurt like hell

Koinatsu rushes over "im sorry lady warabihime shes new and doesnt exactly know who you are"she says putting her hand on my shoulder i glared up at this lady

"Well i believe that should have been thi first thing taught koinatsu but i'll say them for you you do what i tell you to and you comply" she says with a sneer

"Why should i because your pretty and should get your way"i asks she looks at me like she was about to bite my head off she slaps me again

"Do you want me to get you killed brat?"she says aggressively i shake my head

She leaves and i clean it up she saw right through me and i saw right through her disguise she was whi we where looking for or what it seemed like her smell was hidden by perfume but the energy she produced was the same as the two demons i fought but weaker

I met with uzui with tanjiro he explained that he didnt want us to get hurt so he would take it from there

"Kei you talked with the orian today what did she say or do"he asks looking down

"I disrespected her and she slapped me twice..."i say kinda embarrassed he face palms

"You did what? Thats the most stupidest thing you can do her"he said angrily

"Well sorry that im not a prostitute or i hire them because I didnt know"i say he looks at me

"Was that supposed to be an insult?" He says insulted and annoyed

"Duh what else would it be"i say he laughs

"Your just like makio shes very confident and headstrong your also very bold"he said i look surpise and smile at him

"But anyways she had hidden her scent but she is definitely the one warabihime i believe her name was"

"Got it i'll watch her you go back i made a mistake you go back to the houses dont try to look wait till im done and keep that mouth of yours shut kei" he said i smile

"You didnt have to call me out like that bossy"i said getting hit in the back of the head i deserved it

We head back to our house

((Time skip cuz im lazy and dont want to cry anymore

Everything was in shambles i was in a lot of pain i had jumped infront of gyutaro's attack before he could hit uzui i could barely see from a hit to the face and a large gnash on my chest

i saw uzui his wives crying and holding a rag to his right eye he was on the verge of death i hot flash backs from what happened to rengoku

I didnt want him to die like rengoku did i felt tears roll down my cheek i looked around before rushing towards him trying to help as much as i could

I used it again My blood demon art

I couldnt heal him but i froze time for the four i got up and went to look for the others i found them nezuko was healing the three

"Nezuko-chan! I need your help!"i say in tears she nods and rushes with me the other three followed i unfroze them

She healed him quickly i let out a sigh of relief obanai iguro walked up and they argued then uzui explained that he couldnt continue being a demon slayer in his condition

"Im sorry uzui i couldn't stop him" i whine crying he smiles

"Dont worry kid its nit like im dead and gone forever"he said i look up at him sniffling

He took of his headband and gave it to me i looked down at it "uzui are you sure?"i say holding it tightly he nods softly out of respect i placed it on

The crows went off and the news got around quick about uzui so fast by the time i got to the wind estate sanemi already knew

He wasnt happy about it but he knew it was only for the best for the demon slayer corp and him and his wives

He rested his hand on my head and smiled looking down at me smiling actually smiling it scared me a lot

"Im glad to see your ok kei"he said he patted my head before turning around going back into his angry persona "go to bed tomorrow we will start training"

My heart sped up and my cheeks turned red before i went to bed
