Chapter 6

"Hey, Mandy. Wake up." Xavier gently said, trying to wake me up.

"Nasaan na tayo?" I got up and I asked him, still half-asleep.

"We're already here at 16,000 Blossoms. Nakakababa na sila Kaer ng sasakyan at hinihintay tayo sa labas." Kaer told me.

I wiped my face, baka kasi mamaya tulo laway pala ako nakakahiya naman, luckily wala naman. I fixed and tied my hair again into a messy hair bun and then and then we got out of the car.

When we already got out of the car, I saw Mang Lito and Nanay Estrella talking to each other. And then I saw Kaer talking to someone on his phone, he's a little far from us. I looked around the place and luckily, the place is not too crowded.

I saw Kaer ended his phone call and walked towards us.

"Is everything settled? Tara, pasok na tayo!" he said, inviting us inside the park.

We went to the entrance and paid for the entrance. The fee for the entrance was quite cheap, it only cost 20.00 Pesos per person for adults. After paying for the entrance fee, we finally went inside. And from there, I can already see a lot of red and white artificial roses.

"So since first time niyo dito, Mandy at Xavi, I will have a little trivia about 16,000 Blossoms." Kaer turned to us and said.

"Well, 16,000 Blossoms was officially launched on June 14, 2017. And those artificial roses are all imported from Malaysia." Kaer informed us.

"Aside from 16,000 Blossoms, there's also a park like this here in Philippines that can be found in Cordova, Cebu called 10,000 Roses Cafe. And also in Pilar, Bohol called Jardin Necitas Pilar Glowing Garden." he added.

"Wow that's nice to know that there are some parks like this here in Philippines." I said in an amused voice.

Mang Lito looked at us and said, "Oh siya, maiwan muna namin kayong tatlo ha? Mag iikot ikot kami ng Nanay Estrella niyo."

"Date na 'rin kumbaga. Hahahaha!" he jokingly said to us.

We all laughed at what Mang Lito said.

"Wow, may pa date pa talaga kayo ah." Kaer said.

"Sana all may ka date." he added.

"Ikaw talaga, anak!" Nay Estrella laughingly said.

"Maglibot libot muna kayo ah. At tawagan niyo na lang kami mamaya para magkikita." Nanay Estrella added.

"Enjoy po sa date niyo!" Xavier told the couple.

"Yes po, enjoy po!" I waved at them.

"Ingat kayo, Ma at Pa!" Kaer shouted.

The couple smiled to us and nodded as they both walk away from the three of us.

"So, tayong tatlo na lang naiwan." Kaer stated.

Xavier looked at us and asked, "What should we do first?"

"Hmm, we should go there first." I pointed somewhere, where a lot of numerous roses can be found.

"We can take a lot of photos there." I added.

"Yeah right. Let's go!" Xavier said.

We started to walk where the real deal can be found. I saw a lot of tourists taking a picture of the place. Why not? You can find a lot of picture-perfect view here. When we already reached there, I went closer to the roses to see them up close.
