Part 20: Priorities and Heartbreaks

After returning back from Goa Sana had spend the first two days with Sidharth's family.. At first she had been so nervous and shy but they had been so nice to her that she had become comfortable with them in minutes..
Sana was now on the way to meet Sneha as her friend had been insisting to meet up continuosly..
Sana placed a kiss on Sidharth's cheek as he parked the car infront of Sneha's apartment..
"Bebu... tu bhi chalna mere saath.." Sana tried to convince him..
"Phir kabhi jaan.. Abhi mujhe kuch kaam se jaana hai.. tu phone karle jab ghar jaana hoga.. theek hai.." he gave a soft kiss and nudged her to leave..
Sana shook her head and got out of the car.. she bid him goodbye and made her way to Sneha's place excitedly...
"Shehnaaaaz!!!" Sneha hugged Sana happily as she opened the door.. "Kitne dino baad mile hum.. tu toh mujhe bhool hi gayi.." Sneha kept talking nonstop which made Sana smile..
"Achha chod ye sab... maine na tere liye khaas lunch banayi hai.. sirf tere liye.. chal.." she dragged Sana towards the dining room..
Sana continuously chatted with Sneha while enjoying the lunch.. it felt so good to meet her friend after so long.. there had been so much memories of them in childhood having fun..
She settled beside Sneha with a cup of coffee.. Sneha turned towards Sana with a serious expression.. "Ek baat bata Shehnaaz.. Sidharth kaisa hai?? Does he treat you good..?"
Sana frowned as she felt Sneha's question was a little weird.. "Sidharth toh bohot hi achha hai.." Sana replied confused..
"Achha..." Sneha had a doubtful look on her face..
"Kya baat hai Sneha.. ?" Sana asked
"Dhek Shehnaaz.. i am happy for you.. agar tujhe woh pasand hai aur uske saath khush hai toh theek hai.. lekin mein phir bhi bolungi.. zara sambhal ke rehna please.." Sneha advised her
Sana was now deeply confused.. she really was not liking where this conversation was heading..
"Kya kehne ki koshish kar rahi ho Sneha.. please point pe aao"
Sneha went quiet for a while and then spoke.."Sidharth ka behavior dhekha hai maine Big boss mein... woh tujhe itna disrespect kartha tha.. mujhe bohot hi bura laga.. aur.."
Sana interrupted her immediately.."Aur jo Sidharth ne mujhe strong banaya hai aur itni care karta tha woh nahi dhiki tujhe??"
Sneha sighed.. "Dhek Shehnaaz.. starting se hi dheki hai maine.. woh bohot hi bura behave kartha tha ladkiyon ke saath.. isiliye bol rahi hoon sambhal ke rehna.."
"Ek baat samajlo Sneha.. tumne usse sirf 1 ganta dheka hoga roz.. mein uss bande ke saath itne mahine rehke aayi hoon.. kabhi bhi usse mujhe danger wali feeling nahi aayi.. kabhi uncomfortable nahi karaya usne.. haan ladai hui hai hamare beech mein lekin bohot achha bond banake nikle hein uss ghar se.. toh please ye beykaar ki advise mat do yaar.."
Sneha stayed quiet for a while.. Sana could see diagreement on her face.. but that didint matter to her..
Sneha tried to make her understand again "Shehnaaz.. agar tujhe sach mein Sidharth pasand hai toh theek hai date karle.. Lekin priority apne career ko bana.. abhi tujhe bohot success milegi.. Uske baare mein soch.."
"Haan career important hai mere liye... lekin koi kuch bhi bola meri first priority Sidharth ki rahega humesha.. woh koi nahi badal sakta.."  
"Shehnaaz tujhe pata bhi hai woh tujhse umar mei kitna bada hai.. tujhe kitne achha ladke mil sakte hein.. soch.."
Sana stood up instantly as she shook her head in denial.. "Haan ladke toh mil sakte hein bohot.. lekin woh kabhi Sidharth bann nahi sakta.. Aur jab sachha pyaar hoti hai na.. toh ye umar me bada wali beykaar ki baatein matter nahi karta.. "
Sneha stood up trying to speak but Shehnaaz stopped her.. "Please Sneha ab bas.. tu meri friend hai.. isiliye achhe se baat kar rahi hoon.. lekin aaj ke baat mere se aise baat mat karna.. Sidharth sab kuch hai mere liye.. agar meri family bhi boldega usse chodh do.. woh kabhi nahi hoga.. ab mein chalti hoon.. apna khayaal rakhna.."
With that parting words Sana left the apartment in a rush.. her feelings were all over the place but she tried to keep herself calm as she messaged Sidharth to pickup.. It was getting dark and she stood there waiting for him..
In 10 minutes Sidharth arrived.. Sana took a breath of relief and headed to the car.. Sidharth frowned as she set beside him..."Tu yahan bahar wait kar rahi thi..?"
Sana avoided his gaze..."Zyada dher nahi.. bas 5 minute ke liye.."
"Please agli baar jab mein call karunga tab neeche aaoge tum theek hai.. aise akele bahar wait karne ki zaroorat nahi hain.." he advised her gently..
Sana felt her emotions takeover.. how can anyone not love this man.. he worried about her in small things.. how can she ever feel uncomfortable with him.. he was her world after all..
Before he could start the car Sana leaned on him and kissed him deeply.. Sidharth was caught in surprise but gave in and kissed her back.. Sana ran her hand on her hair and pulled him closer and she deepened the kiss.. she felt her emotions takeover her.. she just wanted to show him she was there for her as he was..
Sidharth broke the kiss and stared at her in wonder..."aj kuch zyada pyaar nahi aa raha??"
Sana shook her head smiling.. "aisa kuch nahi hai.. mei toh humesha hi tujhe bohot hi zyada pyaar karti hoon.."
Sidharth chuckled and started the car..
