My 19 year old brother, Kayden, and I are going out on our annual brother and sister date. It consists of the two of us going to see two movies and having dinner. We've been doing it for 8 years and it's the best.

"Kayden, I swear to God if you're not done in 15 minutes, I'm changing into my pajamas and...dare I say...we'll have to watch movies (fake tears being choked back) on the telly (let out a huge fake breath)." I bang harshly on his bedroom door.

"It's this bloody hair. It won't obey my comb," I sigh loudly and roll my eyes.

"Twenty minutes, it took me twenty minutes to get ready. You take two hours and you don't even wear makeup," I moan under my breath.

"I heard that!" Suck it.

"Let me help you. Open the door," I say into the key hole. He unlocks the door and I step in. His room is way tidier than mine... but who even cares. I take the comb from Kayden and fix his perfect red hair.

"Thank you, Dobby the house Elf," he thanks me and pokes my nose.

"Dobby is always there to help," I say back with a wide grin.

"Shall we?" he bends his elbow for me to hook in. I proceed to do so and we walk to his black Mini Cooper. He opens the passanger door for me. And I get in and he closes it behind me. He goes around to the driver's side and gets in.

"Can we stop? It's not the MET GALA." He looks at me with furrowed eyebrows.

"Stop what, I was just being a gentleman. Did you assassinate chivilary or something?" he asks as he starts Jessie (the car) up.

"Whatever," I roll my eyes.

We're about 20 minutes away from the mall, when Kayden's phone rings.

"Can you get that? My phone's in my pocket," I reach over his legs to retrieve his phone from the pocket on the door's side.

"It's Harrison," I say as I read the caller ID.

Harrison Johnson is our cousin from Leeds. He lives up there with his dad, but comes to his mum every other weekend. He is 18, so right between my brother and I. We are like the famous trio in the family.

"What's today?" he asks me as the ringtone dies out

"Saturday, June 7th why?" "Harrison is with Aunty Eleanor this weekend," one would swear their calenders are synced together.

"I'll face time him."

"Hey, Morgan, I missed your face, you know. Where's your brother?" Harrison says when he sees my face on the screen.

"He's here. We're going on our annual date," I turn the phone so that Harrison can see my brother.

"How you been mate?" Kayden says without looking away from the road.

"I'm good. You?" he asks back.

"Kinda busy, driving and all," he says, dropping a hint for me to not distract him. I turn the phone back to me.

"So, why'd you call? Is everything okay?" I ask trying to spark conversation.

"Yeah, all's good. Was just wondering if I could come over tonight. My mum said I should spend the night with you guys," he says and I do a little happy dance in my mind. I love it when he comes over. It's always so fun.

"I don't think it'd be a problem. I'll just confirm with Mum," I say with a kind smile.

"Okay. I'll see you tonight then. Love you guys," he says.

"Love you too babe," Kayden says. They have a budding sort of incestual bromance. I smile and put the phone off.

We get to the mall and I get out of the car and fix my skirt. I'm wearing a white cropped t-shirt with a little bull dog on it with a black skirt and a denim jacket. I paired it with my cream coloured faux leather ankle boots and curled my red hair loosely.
