Zariah POV
"Hey is help you out" we then looked at who said that and it was choji
"Here you go shikamaru your mom asked me to bring you your lunch box"choji said
"Choji!"I said smiling
"Ch-choji Choji!"Naruto said
"What are you saying choji how will you be able to help them out have you forgotten your mission with asuma and ino"shikamaru said
"Yeah but he needs help I can't turn down an old friend like Naruto"choji said
"Wow what about me?"I mumbled
"Don't worry I'll clear it with asuma"choji said I then sensed and presence so I drew my sword and tunned out everyone listening and waiting for the attack I then heard a two roars
"There!" I said we then saw two black and white type tigers attack us choji punched one and I sliced one a next one came and choji grabbed it and I sliced of its head it just turned into ink and splashed everywhere
"Over there"shikamaru said
"Who is that"I asked putting my hand on my hip and holding my sword so the tip was on the ground
"I don't recognize him but he wears a leaf headband"Naruto said
"A sneak attack huh I don't know what this guy is up to but one good way to find out is to capture him"shikamaru said doing a hand sign
"And hand him over to the interrogation core!"he said 
"Go Naruto me and Zariah will back you up"shikamaru said
"Gotcha"Naruto said he started running and I ran behind him that strange guy then summoned more of those tiger like creatures I jumped and cut of all there heads in one slash
"Don't stop!"I said 
"Naruto go straight for him!"Shikamaru said naruto then started running again he then pulled out a kunai but the dude pulled out a really short sword and stopped Naruto
"I've had it who are you?"Naruto asked the dude just smiled I looked at him with a 'What the heck' face
"Funny your pretty weak aren't you"The strange dude said I just stood up and listened to there conversation not dropping my guard
"The way you fight do you have any balls at all"As I heard that I bursted out laughing while tears came in my eyes
"Grr what was that"Naruto said
"You never answer me"Naruto said
"Spill it who are you"Naruto said both of them jumped back he then saw Shikamaru's shadow and jumped even higher
"In due time Naruto in due time"he said he then disappeared and I stopped laughing whole wiping my tears I got up holding my stomach
"Choji!! I knew I would find you here"I heard someone say I looked at who it was and it was ino
"Ino"I said quietly I then walked over to naruto with a laughing face he looked at me embarrassed
"Don't laugh at me"he said pushing my hand away
"Hey Naruto Zariah over here"ino said waving I waved back

Time skip

Me and Naruto we're running to the places they told us to meet up we then saw Sakura already there
"Hey Sakura "Naruto said
"Hey"I said
"Hey"Sakura said naruto then looked around
"Hey this is the placed they told us right"Naruto said
"Yeah"
"Then where is everybody?"Naruto asked
"Don't worry we're just a bit early that's all"Sakura said Then the guy from before came from behind the pillar
"Hello"he said
"Hey"I said calming holding back my laugh
"Hey what are you doing here"Naruto said angrily
"Your that guy from the roof earlier"Naruto said then somebody else came out
"What"Sakura said
"Uhh it's a pleasure to meet the three of you from now on I'll be taking Kakashi's place"the other dude said I could see the anger in Naruto's eyes
"Naruto,Zariah is you know him
Already"Sakura asked
"Yeah this guy attacked us earlier when we were with choji ino and shikamaru today"naruto said
"And I did get a pretty good laugh out of it"I said calmly naruto then pulled out a kunai and the strange dude held the handle of this sword
"Alright Naruto calm down" the other dude said
"Oh yeah who are you anyway?"Naruto asked
"Wait aren't you"Sakura start
"I will be new team captain while
Kakashi is recovering in the hospital so please call me Yamato"he said
"Captain Yamato"Sakura said Yamato nodded
"You four are gonna be comrades now so you better get along with each other"Yamato said everyone gasped except me
"You're joking comrades with him"Naruto said pointing to the strange dude
"I'm sorry about earlier you see I knew we were going to be teammates and I wanted to see how strong you two were"he said I then whispered to Sakura what that guy said before she almost cracked up laughing but kept her composure
"Well that was pretty stupid you didn't have to go that far"Naruto said
"Well I was just curious so see how strong you'd be,now I know you not packing anything major"he said slightly pointing to naruto started yelling at him and Sakura tried to calm him down
"And you you're pretty agile with that heavy sword doesn't it get in the way?"he said
"No this sword is like another part of my body"I said smiling he smiled back
"And the same goes for you that wasn't very nice"Sakura said
"Heheheh is that so"he said
"Your not winning any friends with talk like that"Sakura said to him
"Well don't write me off yet I like everyone even you ugly"he said this dude was going to kill me from laughter
