Never had anyone show her what true love is but her daughter. What happens when she meets a man who is standoffish but when it come to her he is intrigued.
Two different backgrounds
Same attitude
But when together unstoppable.
I can't do this. I just graduated high school I said to myself staring at the bright lights breathing heavy. It seem like days were passing I was extremely tired and hungry . I had no sleep the night before. I started crying I'm so scared and it hurts so bad. What If I'm not a good mother? I'm only eighteen what am I going to do?
Doctor: "give a big push for me" I push as hard as I could for ten seconds. While pushing I let out a scream for the pain I was feeling.
Doctor: " that's it we can see the head keep going honey your almost there." With tears coming down my face I continue to push "ahahahaha" this is the most pain I have ever felt in my life physically. As soon as I finished pushing she came out the biggest blessing I could ever ask for despite the circumstances.
Doctor: " there she is" she says as they were taking the liquid out of her throat and wiping her of. I was so amazed even though she was crying. She had a head full of hair already all that pain and suffering I went though was all worth it. Including me giving birth. They took her away to weight her and got her dressed.
Doctor: "so mom have you decided on a name?" I nodded my head " Imani Rose Jay" as I smiled. As soon as I was finished talking to her another doctor came and put my daughter I'm my arms.

Now I know what unconditional love felt like. I was not being judged ;I was being looked up to. "Look at mommies beautiful baby" I said while smiling at her, the grip she held tightened as she heard my voice giving me reassurance. She knew it was mommy. " I love you mani I will alway be there to protect you babygirl I will never let you go" I saw a faint smile and I fell asleep with her on my chest.
The next day-
Still in this hospital I was so ready to go. Babygirl was latching on really well, but they say I have to go to the bathroom before I can leave. I have only had ice chips since I couldn't eat anything. They gave me breakfast I had toast and eggs. So I'm going to use the pudding that they gave me and break the bread and coat it in pudding.
So that's just what I did and it worked. I signed the discharge papers and went on my way to the park. I didn't have enough money to get an apartment yet but I had just enough to buy her a stroller that came with a detach-able car seat. I had money save up because I always had a job.
It was to get out the house and away from my foster dad. That's a story for another time. So I had plenty save I just needed a little more. Just Then a little boy hit me with a ball not on purpose so I wasn't mad.
