It was a usual day at Sanil Academy for class A. Leevi was gathering his books, he was special with the ability to bring entities from the dead. Not everyone was like that, in fact he was the only one with a power in class A. Most of the classes didn’t have anyone with abilities either. Around 1.5% of people did have abilities and most of them went to Sanil Academy, the best academy in North America. So Leevi was used to being the only with abilities in class A for two years but the next day would change everything.
“Class!” announced the teacher as everyone got up to leave, “we will have two more students coming in tomorrow! Please behave yourselves and be welcoming!” Corey groaned as he gathered his books. Even though the class was very small, he didn’t want to have more kids reacting to his emotional outbursts. Quinn started ranting to Leevi about the new students. She was his girlfriend, seemingly the highschool picture couple that everyone wanted to be like. Quinn got angry easily and wasn’t the easiest to get along with. Only Leevi could calm her down. The only one who seemed willing to welcome them was Sierra. She was shy but really kind. She tried being friends with Corey but he was just too much in their first year. So her best bet was on these new kids, even better was that no one else wanted to be their friend so it was her big chance.
Back at the dormitories Miley parted ways with her brother after going over and remembering all the halls. Tomorrow was the big day, their first day at a real school. It was so exciting, she couldn’t stop thinking over the people she’ll be able to meet, the adventures she’ll go on. It will be something new. She reached the girls dormitory and was shocked to find the walls pink. She didn’t think this school would assign colors to gender. It was something she’d try to ignore, dark blue was her favorite color and a lot of people would describe her as a tom boy.
Ki had just parted ways with his sister. He was excited, like Miley, to start a new school but in a different way. He was excited to show off how smart he was. Bombing the entrance exam was only the start. He wasn’t the typical nerd though, and was ready for adventure. He had perfect vision and wasn’t always reading books.Once he reached the dormitories they were exactly how he’d expected. They were light blue and very large. He suddenly felt bad for his sister because he knew that the girl’s walls must be pink. She didn’t like pink and hated gender assigned colors. He didn’t really care.
They both arrived at their rooms, fairly small but it was a singular room anyway. All that was provided for them was a white bed and desk with a lamp. Of course Miley didn’t like it, but Ki didn’t care, yet again. They both stored boxes full of their belongings in a corner.
Miley thought, This will be my new home, I should get to know it’s magical energy. You might think Miley’s crazy. You couldn’t be more wrong, she’s a witch. A Hedge witch to be exact. And one of the things Hedge witches do is talk to their homes because home is full of magical energy. “How was your day?” she started.
Ki started opening up a box that was labeled “blankets and sheets” He took out green blankets and sheets and took off the white ones from the bed. Green was not only his favorite color but they also helped protect against evil spirits. Black did quite the opposite so he didn’t own anything that color. What witch was he? A Solitary witch. He liked working alone so every ritual he attempted doing, safely of course, was done alone. This was very hard though.
The next day everyone gathered in the halls, anticipating the day to come
