An Unrequested Wake-Up Call

As your eyes slowly opened as you began to wake up, you were greeted with a surprise. Your head was still on Brian's chest, and he was sleeping peacefully. Then you finally realised, you had just slept on Brian.

You jumped up in surprise, your face was blushing nearly a crimson red. A small mumble was heard below you, as you looked back down to see Brian's eyes beginning to open to look at you.

Everyone else was still asleep, as he whispers; "It's so quiet... is everyone still asleep?"

You answer back; "Y-yeah, no one else is awake."

He lets out a small groan as he says quietly; "Hnnmm... a moment of peace then." As you both began to silently giggle.

After the small laughter session has come to an end, you both blush, staring each other in the eyes. 'Would now be the right time to tell him?' You ask yourself, considering confessing to him.

"Y/N-"
"Brian-"

You both sat at the same time. You giggle as you begin to speak, but so does he.

"Y-you can-"
"You can-"

Brian sighs and giggled again and said;

"I-I insist Y/N, y-you go first..."

You take a breath in, saying; "Okay... here goes nothing..." as you begin to speak, the right words almost appearing in your mouth as it opened.

"B-Brian, this maybe a little soon, but I want you to know what I think of you, I think you are an amazing person on your own. From what I've found about you with our short time, you sound like you don't deserve any of the things that have happened to you, but stuff happens I guess... Oh! I-I um... uhhmm..." Come on! 'Don't shy out now y/n! You got this, just... tell him the truth.' You think to yourself as you stutter out; "I-I... I l-like y-you a-a lot Brian..."

"A confession... huh?" Brian said, sounding rather cold.
