Chapter 12: Basic Training

It was too late, Lindsay hit the bell with her head. The gophers collapse on the floor with the canoe alongside with Callie and the Bass tosses their canoe to the side.

D.J walks to Callie and help her up "you okay?".

"Yeah I'm fine, thanks sweetie" Callie said and kisses D.J on the nose. He blushes a bit then chuckles softly as he pulls her into a hug "good to hear my little bunny".

"No kissing in boot camp! Everyone to the mass hall, dinner is served!" Chef yells through the megaphone and Callie squeals a bit, hugging D.J close.

"Sweet mary thank you!" Owen yelled out loud.

//Callie's Confessional//

"Well that was mean of him to do that, but at least he let me kiss him after the cameras were cut off"

"Alright maggots open your ears, you got ten minutes to eat before night training begins so get to it" Chef explained as the campers started complaining. "Um excuse me Master Chief, where's the food?" Gwen asked and Chef smirks a bit, "your looking at it".

"Your fucking sick" Caleb said as he glares at Chef a bit.

Owen open the trash bin lid and look through it "this is the leftover garbage from this morning's breakfast". "Damn right, when you're at war you take what you can get" Chef said as he looks at Owen, digging through the trashcan. He sniffs the pile of trash that he held up and starts eating it.

"This is disgusting to watch, Ima go to craft services to actually eat edible food" Caleb said then leaves the mass hall. Chef rolls his eyes "that boy sure do complain a lot". Chris looks up at him and nodded a bit, "why not go and get some grub, Callie you coming?".

"I'll come in a minute" Callie answered and Chef raises an eyebrow at her, concerned a bit. "You sure you want to eat that garbage?" Chef asked as he turn around a bit to look directly at her. "Uncle, someone had to watch over the campers while the chief is gone eating some proteins" Callie said and put her hand on his shoulder, "I'll join y'all don't worry".

"Mm if you insist" Chef said then leaves the mass hall.

Callie watches him leave then head to the kitchen and turn on the stove "now let's make some actual dinner". She takes off her hat and put on an apron then walk out of the kitchen "hey who wants to help me make some dinner?".

"Count me in" D.J said as he walks to the kitchen.

"At least we'll have some good food around here" Bridgette said, walking to the kitchen with LeShawna. Callie smiles then head inside of the kitchen and take out some ingredients from the fridge "make sure you wash your hands and put on some aprons before cooking, don't want my uncle to find out what I did".

"Sneaky" Duncan said as he walks in the kitchen.

"Well I don't want y'all to eat trash so I have to do something about it" Callie exclaimed as she put some pots on the counter and grab a knife to cut some vegetables. Duncan chuckles a bit then pour some grease in a cup then walks out of the kitchen, holding the cup of grease.

"Hey sugar cube" D.J said.

"Yeah Baby" Callie looks up from the cutting board. "Wow that actually worked" LeShawna said as she looks at D.J with a smirk. D.J blushes darkly and Callie tilted her head a bit at him until she realized what she called him and turns red "meep".

//LeShawna's Confessional//

"I'm going to be honest with y'all; First of all, D.J had a nose bleed off camera when he saw Callie in that soldier outfit, when we got to the beach D.J lifted his shirt up and pulls Callie in it as he hugs her close which made Callie blush dramatically, and after the canoe challenge I saw them making out. Those two are real close with each other and I will slap the hell out of any bitch who ever try to get them separated. D.J came as a soft baby and now he became a man, but still a big ol' marshmallow. Now I'm waiting for their marriage and my godchildren" She crosses her arms proudly as she smiles at the camera.
