[CH 3] The Test of Athena Skye

Hindi pa din kami nakapaniwala sa nangyari last week. Nakakaawa naman si Jane na namumuhay na nang payapa sa itaas. Dahil lang sa event nayun, ay kayang pumatay ni Hannah Kim nasa police custody na ngayon.

Well for the good news, our grade level won this year competition. This past few years, grade 10 at grade 8 ang nanalo ng Grade 7 ako dito.

I go to the school as early as I am but I'm still late. Hindi naman ako gaano ka-late. Mga 6:49 am pa kaya binilisan ko nang umakyat.

Pamasahe na lang pauwi mamaya ang pera ko kaya kailingan kung magtipid. Buti na lang nagpadala si mama kanina ng baon ko. I'm so lucky to be her daughter.

May nakasalamuha akong ibang estudyanteng nagta-taka. They kept starring at me when I past them by. Hindi ko nalang sila pinansin.

Pumasok na ako sa room dala-dala bag ko. Some of them is now sitting but some are standing. May nagc-cp pa at nag-i-ml. They are still vacant sit when I came. Sinalubong din ako ni Maya at tumabi sa kanya.

My attention focus to the things in the end of the room. I think this are our props for what? Yeah, I remembered clearly, it's for our dance festival costume.

The bell started ringing all over the school campus. Umupo na ang lahat at itinago ang mga cp nang dumating na si Mam Lily, and Adviser same as history teacher namin.

"As I remind an announcement" humarap siya sa amin matapos niyang ilagay ang mga gamit niya sa mesa. "The MAPEH Day will be on next week, Wednesday"

Oo nga pala, ang MAPEH Day. Naka-kalahati na kami kaya kunting practice na lang ay tapos na ang sayaw. We just need to prepare for the props and the treasurer needs to collect 100 php each students. Nakapag-bayad na ako kahapon kaya wala na akong dapat ikabahala. Dahil din doon, maliit lsng ang pera ko ngayon.

"Leny, Jerald, Anthony at Ronald " our teacher called our auditor and the three fat-strong men"During recess time, bring that props and costume to the Props Room"

Props room? I think it's in the gymnasium area.

"In our grade section locker ha! " correction ni Mam Lily sa kanila. "Baka sa ibang grade section locker niyo malagay yan. Atsaka, Leny guide them"

The four students nodded to her. They go back to their proper seats and focused to the board.

After our morning class, me and Maya immediately go to the cafeteria to buy burger na 20 php ang halaga. We sit in the table a few minutes before going to the room.

Pagkatapos pala ng recess time ay hindi na kami gagamit ng notebook or books or ballpen because we just practice for the MAPEH subject and just watch a historical movie sa history subject. Mabuti't nga para hindi na kami lalong mapapagod pagdating ng afternoon class.

The bell ring again that signs to go to the room now. The props are now gone to the room. Maybe Leny and the three fat-strong men carry it out to the Props room. Mukhang malayo-layo ng kunti ang gymnasium galing sa four-story building namin.

We go now to the gymnasium. But now, I see Leny go out to the props room. Maybe, she's doing something to the other props and sabotage it. NO, I know Leny's attitude and she's not that. Msybe I was paranoid enough because of the poisoning case last week.
