"Sophia want to go down to the lake with Lori me and carl?" I ask her. "sure." she said smiling with her doll in her hands. "you like your doll don't you?" I said smiling "yep I do" she said. "Oh yeah Andrea and Amy said that they were going to catch some fish." Sophia said. "yum I love fish." I said. "yeah I know I lived with you my whole life." she said giggling. "c'mon lets go." I said.
30 minutes later
I saw my daddy hitting my mommy "daddy!!!" I said then he slapped me which made me fall to the ground "you stay out of this." he yelled. "NO!" I yelled "you NEVER hit me or mommy or Sophia!" I yelled. then he was about to hit me Shane tackled him and started to punch him. I ran up to mommy and hugged her and Sophia they looked shocked I never yelled at anyone before but we all were crying.
Carol pov
I don't know what got into Katie she never yelled at anyone before I guess she just snapped she knew what would happen I guess but I just wanted Shane to stop punching him I know he hits me but I love him I got married to him and had Katie and Sophia with him I guess he hates me
