We all are stuck in this together
This hard time it feels like forever,
Each passing day,
But the pandemic refuses to sway.
Thousands of us are lost,
This predicament,what will it cost?
Our world,it has morphed into something so dangerous,
Being close to each other, it's poisonous.
Miles between us,so far,yet so close.
We'll stay strong,
Pretend like nothings wrong.
Our hopes empower us,
We'll face this without a fuss.
Holding onto our silver lining,
We are persistently fighting.
A day will come when we'll fearlessly step out of our safe haven
And fly freely like a raven.
One day after all these days,
The crisis will be over.
And our happiness will never ever waver.
