Starker // missing you

chapter 6

Peters pov (4 weeks later)

I've spent most nights at the hospital aunt may and Ned stayed with me a few nights but other then that it's just been me and pepper or just me

Tony is still in a coma.. But the doctors said it looks like he'll wake up soon

I've been studying what i missed in school most nights too

After being technically dead for 5 years sleeping is hard but there were a few nights I slept on the hospital bed by Tony

That helped

"The doctors said any day now he should wake up" Pepper said

I started tearing up again

"You know.. That five years you were gone he never spent a day without thinking of you
Some days he'd even stare at that picture of the two of you for hours and the first thing he said to any of us after your first fight with Thanos was 'I lost the kid' he had nightmares about you dying
He really cares about you" She said

"I want you to be here when he wakes up.. Since we broke up I know the first face he'll want to see is yours.. I'll take my leave now and I'll see you tomorrow" She added

After she left I layed beside him

"Please wake up soon.. I miss you Tony" I said then drifted off to sleep

Tony's pov

I woke up with my body sore

I blinked a few times then saw Peter asleep beside me

I painfully lifted my arm to crease his face which woke him up easily

He flinched before he saw me

Then he looked up to me wide eyes

"Mr stark!" He yelled then hugged me

"Ow" I laughed

"I'm sorry I just- I really- wait I need to get the nurse! You're awake oh my god you're awake! I'll be right back!" He said then jumped off the bed and using his spider we'd shooter thing to swing out the door

I chuckled lightly

Then he came back in with a nurse and the doctor close behind

"Glad to see you awake Mr Stark" The doctor said giving me an exam

"Mr Parker maybe you should wait outside" The nurse said

"I want to stay" He said

"Let Mr Parker stay" I said

It was a bit painful to talk but I was fine

After a while and a meeting with a physical therapist I was told I'd be discharged in a few days to a few weeks depending on my recovery speed

"Mr Stark.." Peter started after everyone left

"Please call me tony.. You died then I almost died and now we're still here so I think we should be on a first name bases by now" I said

"Then uh tony I um.. I really missed you I know you didn't die but I still missed you" He said

"Well at least I was only gone for 4 weeks she not 5 years" I sighed

Then he started crying

"Wait hey no I didn't mean to make you sad hey it's okay come here" I said opening my arms and he hugged me 

"I'm just so happy you're okay.. I'm so relieved we won it's all okay now you're okay now" He cried

I kissed the top of his head and then I noticed everyone standing outside.. Even Bucky..

"Hey tony" Steve said

He entered then pepper, Clint, Bruce, Scott, wonda, Bucky, Sam and even Parkers unusually attractive aunt oh and uh that strange guy

(I forgot lots of names... )

Sadly Nat wasn't there

I wish she was back too

Even if we both disliked each other

They all smiled and handed me cards from people like fans and stuff

Everything is going to get better I can feel it
