it chirped and was about to fly when the door slam open causing you to jump.

"heh? you're using Chuntaro to tell Tanjiro to report and tell them you're in danger? " he said darkly causing you to back away

"n-no it's not like that" you stuttered causing him to chuckled huskily

"I have a keen sense of hearing. I can hear you even kilometers away. amazing right? anyways

you gasped as tears started to brim in the corners of your eyes.

why is he going to kill that bird. is he that heartless? he wouldn't do it, right? its my fault

your heart stopped when he grab the bird's foot, preventing him to fly he smiled sadistically as he unsheathes his sword

"NO PLEASE-" you were about to go between him and the bird but you were cut off when the blood splatter and the bird cried in pain. your tears started to fall rivers. you couldn't save the bird's life. your eyes started to become dead as realization hits you.

"I told you, you can't escape me"

" why " you said sobbing as you look at the bird, lying on the floor, lifeless

he started to lift your chin, making you look at him. he smiled and said

"...because you're mine "

he said as he brush his lips to yours. you felt disgusted as fuck you almost want to die. you shoved him rather harshly which made him growled. you wouldn't forgive him for hurting your love ones and killing the bird. he grabbed your chin forcefully and kissed you roughly. you tried to push him but he pinned your hands to the side of your head making you unable to move. he forced your mouth open and slid his tongue in, exploring it. you want to kill him so bad but you couldn't. after a minute, he let go

"you're mine, understood" he said as he wipe your tears away
you didn't answer so he yanked your hair making you look at him.
"understood? " you were terrified of the look he gives. you nodded slowly. you have no choice. he might kill you if you didn't do what he wants. your tears started to fall again when he put his lips on yours. you want to get out of this hell hole
you want to kill this monster. He pushed you to the futon and tied your right wrist to the wooden table right above your head. he laid next to you and put his arm in a protective manner over your waist

"sleep"

how the fuck do I sleep like this?

you sighed as you close your eyes and let the darkness consume you. but you just couldn't sleep. you must think of an escape.

He slowly opened his eyes as he found himself in a room. he jolted up sitting as all he think about is Y/n

"Y/n... where is Y/n?...Nezuko?" he began to panic until a girl with a butterfly hairpin entered the room. Tanjiro stared at her until she broke the silence

"you're currently in my estate. your wound is deep. if he didn't found you, you could have die before sunrise " she took a deep breath
"my name is Shinobu Kocho, you? "

"Tanjiro" he said confused about how they found him
"uhm how did you found me? " he asked clearly confused

"Tomioka-san heard your screams before you passed out. so he began carrying you and your sister. when he brought you to my estate, I was clearly confused that your wound was not from a demon but from a nichirin blade. he also heard you said 'I love you too Y/n' " she teased which made Tanjiro blush
"ah yes your sister is in the other room where sunlight won't hit her." Tanjiro smiled upon hearing this but his face twitched into frown. he's still angry to himself because he couldn't save you.

"ne Tanjiro-kun. did Y/n went missing?" she asked "she was kidnapped by a-" he cut himself off as his eyes widened
