Lesson 2: Listen to your heart.

I know this is stupid and all, but sometimes you just have to go with your instincts. I don't actually know what I'm talking about. Haha... Ok so I'm at school now so I'll talk to you later.

Afterschool. Holly and I hang out on the grassy lawn outside of the Williams Building. I had to go to my locker for my textbooks for homework. Holly comes with me too. While we are walking, we bumped into Luke and Brandon and I dropped my books.

I blushed when Luke helped me pick up my books. He brushed my hand with his and I got some serious butterflies. I hope Holly didn't notice.

"I'm sorry." Luke said.

"It's ok." I said not awkwardly at all. *rolls eyes*

Holly and Brandon were off on the side talking about their own things. I'm happy for her.

"Do you guys wanna come hang out with us." I said suddenly.

"Sure." Luke said.

"Sounds good." Brandon said.

Where the heck did that courage come from.

They grabbed their bags and followed us to our "spot". We all sat down and started on homework. I took my iPad out and texted holly.

"Why did I do that???" I texted

"I don't know. But it was good!" She responded.

"Yeah, you just wanted to be with Brandon." I said with a smirk.

"Shut up. You wanted to be with Luke." She said

"What? Are you kidding?" I texted back.

"Don't even try." She smiled.

Ohhhh no. She's on to me.

"Ummm. Hope?" Luke asked.

"Yeah?" I responded.

"Do you wanna hang out like this everyday?" He asked.

I met his deep chocolate brown eyes for once.

"Sure." I said.
