"Now the bell should ring in any minute so write and your partners name on this paper and one of you keep it in your backpack where it will be safe" she said siting down
I wrote my name on the paper with a heart next to it I passed it to king
" put your name" I said while putting on some lip gloss
"Girl I know what I needa do" he said as I rolled my eyes
"I'll keep it "I said putting it in my backpack
"How you know I ain't wanna keep it" he asked looking at me
"Cause you don't even have a backpack" I said laughing
He smakcked his lips "imma come to your house today so we can start on that shit" he said looking at me
"Boy how you know I wanna start on it today" I said
"I'll be there around 6 " he said ignoring me as I switched on my phone checking the time
"Oh and this will be due on Monday" Mrs.Carmen said causeing me to look up at her
"I'll text you the address" I said

the bell rang I got up waiting for lay so we could go to 4 period together
"Lay and Mani" "can I talk too you two for a second" Mrs. Carmen asked
I turned around annoyed "yea" I said
"I really need you two to stop sleeping so much in class is there something going on at home" she asked getting out some slips is writing on them

"No it's just we stayed up studying last night for our math class" I lied as she gave us passes to our next class
Honestly her class will literally put you to sleep
"Okay well you ladies get to class" she said as we walked out
"She so nice just irritating at the same time" lay said as we walked down the hall
"What are you girls doing walking around your suppose to be in class" one of the staff said
"If you stop talking to us then we can get there faster" I said
"We got passes" lay said
"Let me see them please" he said
"Um if you think we finna walk over there to you you can think again member you the one that wanna see our passes" I said rolling my eyes
"Come here please" he asked
I look at lay as she looked at me and we both started laughing walking up the stairs
" I'll see both of you in Detention" he yelled atfer us
"Okay" I said walking to the next door where our class was
I knocked on the door and waited for somebody to open it
"Late again"Jay said as we walked in I put my pass on Mrs.kay desk
"Boy shut up" I said siting down in my seat
"What's y'all excuse this time" chirs asked as I put on some lip gloss
"There is no excuse we got passes dummies" lay said putting her head down
"Okay class today we will be watching a movie" Mrs.kay said
