You skipped to school, trying to remember the directions your mother gave you. Right when you got their you almost immediately noticed a woman that you assumed was the principal. You walked up the steps and walked up to the woman pink dress.
"Hello welcome to Kindergarten! You must be (Y/N) correct?" The woman asked
"Yeah that's me" you respond
"You should go introduce yourself to the other students. That my daughter, Penny over there in the blue dress. She loves to make new friend!" She said as you nod walking over to Penny.
"Hey! I'm (Y/N) what's y-" You say before she cuts me off
"Hey I'm Penny! I'd love to be your friend!" Penny says enthusiastically. You chuckle awkwardly before answering
"Sure I'd love to" you answer
She scans you, your pockets, your bag, everywhere you could think of before she says, "Well it doesn't look like you have any contraband on you... alrightie!"
She holds out her hand for you to shake it. You shake her hand. While you two shake hands you feel her hand. It feels rubbery, almost metallic. You ponder about it for a minute before deciding that it's probably your imagination. You end the conversation and walk away. You feel someone grab your hand and you get dragged away from Penny.
"Hey new Kid you really should talk to her." She says
"Why? I don't have any reason not to." I explain to her
"Okay listen kid. I'll tell you later at lunch. The name is Carla by the way." Carla said
You walk away wondering what she was going to say. As you you wonder more you see in the corner of your eye you see a kid crying. You feel bad so you walk over to him. You give him some tissues to wipe his tears.
"Hey here's some tissues. Are you okay?" You ask him
"Thanks, no not at all..." he says "wanna know why me and some other classmates are at this school?"
"Why?" you ask
"Well at our old school they found my dad under the school without a head..." he says looking down.
"I'm so sorry! If their is anything I can do tell me. Okay?" I ask empathetically
"Okay thanks... you know we've only known each other for a few minutes but I trust you. We should talk again Sometime. I'm Jerome by the way." Jerome says.
"I'm (Y/N)! It's nice to meet you Jerome" I say smiling at him. He very faintly blushes.
You finish the conversation and hear a kid screaming in the sewers. You start to run over to the grate. You suddenly bump into someone. You hold your head in pain.
"Here let me help you up" a boy in a red shirt and blue tie says, helping you up.
"Ugh Teddy. Typical Teddy. You have no manners." A boy in a blue shirt with a red tie said.
"I'm sorry Felix..." Teddy apologized
"No no I'm sorry it's my fault. I was running and wasn't look where I was going" You apologized
"It's fine we forgive you by the way I'm Felix and this is my brother Ted" Felix says
"I'm (Y/N)" you introduced yourself
"Hello! Anyways why were you running anyways?" Teddy asks you
"Oh I heard someone screaming in the sewers and went to help them" you respond
"Oh would you like us to help you?" Ted asks you
"Yeah that be nice" you replied
You, Ted, and Felix walked over to the sewers. You saw a kid stuck down there.
"HELP!! Nugget is Traaaaaaaped!" Nugget said
"How do we help you?" You asked
"Find help! Ask teacher, Or janitor! Or principle! Nugget does not care! Just get Nugget out of here!!!" Nugget exclaimed
"Okay Calm down. We'll get you out." Felix says slightly annoyed
Felix and Ted take out some screwdrivers they had. Though you were curious on why they had screwdrivers, you decided not to question it. You watch as they unscrew the grate.
"Nugget thanks you. Take these nuggets of friendship as thanks." Nugget says, giving you each a nugget
"Thanks and your welcome! I'm (Y/N)! It's nice to meet you Nugget!" You Introduce myself
"Nugget hopes to talk to the precious (Y/N) some other time." Nugget says
Then suddenly the bell starts to ring. You all start to walk into school. You chat with Nugget all the whole way to the class room. Felix eyes Nugget, clearly taking a disliking him.
"I have a bad feeling about this Nugget kid" Felix whispers to Teddy
