"I will sk everyone here if I have to. They need to be well educated. You definitley have not been out there doing our job." Shelby growled. I remained sielnt a that.

"You are dismissed." I said hotly and they stood up. I could not keep argueing the way we were. It would lead to more chaos.

I watched as Shelby stormed out and Cory quickly followed after her. Max stayed put.

He stared at me and then walked over and placed his fists on my desk in front of me. I looked up him as he toward over me. he was very tall. He was about six feet tall. It was huge compared to my measly four foot ten. Sometimes it terrified me. I saw the hair around his ears and top of his fluffy hair start smoking and small flames were growing there.

"Be warned. It is your fault if those people die and get hurt. We have already been through it. We can defned ourselves. Alesa got away. Cory and I escaped again. Shelby is much stronger than you think. And you know this." He said darkly, his eyes going cold. I gulped softly but kept my stare into his eyes. "It will be your fault if those people get hurt, killed or worse, taken back and experiemented on. Get it? Your. Fault." He stood up and his hair fire died down again and he walked out of the room.

I slowly exhaled and took a shaky inhale. I untensed my wings and let them unfold a bit. Nothing will happen... nothing will happen..

[ Ty's POV ]

It's now been a full 24 hours since I had woken up and found out where I was. I had rested more even though I had completely healed (which confused me; unless those doctors had healing powers). In that time Ian and Quentin refused to leave my side. I was grateful because I didn't want them to leave again either.

I had previously noticed Jerome a few beds down from me. I had been told he hadn't woken up before me, and he was still in an unconscious state. I really hoped he was okay. He still looked heavily beat up and bruised. If these doctors did have healing powers, why didn't they use it on Jerome? I wish he would wake up soon..

I felt so guilty every time I thought back to the fight we had. I should have stayed defensive, but my anger over his choices got the best of me. In the end he was hurt a lot more.

I had told Ian and Quentin about what had happened. I told them everything about what happened at the facility and what I was. I told them about my fight with Jerome and how I was caught in the first place. That part was a little blurry, but I still kind of remembered what happened. It had been so long ago..

In return Ian and Quentin told me what happened at their facility. They told me all about their owner and what she did and how different she became. Quentin told me about his abilities and showed me by summoning a ball of water that splashed and spun in his hand.

After a bit more talking a nurse came over to me to check on me. It was that same girl with blue hair with the wolf ears. "I think you're all good to be honest. My boss healed you all the way. We really wanted to keep you here to rest just in case something happened."

"So.. in other words he can leave?" Ian asked. The nurse nodded at me.

"Oh, um.. if it's okay, I'd rather stay here until Jerome wakes up," I said, looking over to Jerome. I sat up a bit more and swung my legs over the side of the bed. My wings and tail were making it awkward but I managed.

"Sure! If you'd prefer to stay you can. Just try not to get in the way when we tend to him." The nurse said.

"Oh, okay, thank you, Dr..?" I prompted.

"You can just call me Krazy." She said thoughtfully. "It's fine. I can call for someone to set you up a permanent room. Considering your wings, you'll need a big one."
