juyeon looks at eric.

"yes?"

"why would you and jacob-hyung be talking about me anyways?"

"uhm..well you see.." juyeon pondered, "i uhm..was wondering if you spoke english like jacob does. and he told me."

youngjae squinted his eyes, not sure if he believes juyeon.

"i mean it! you were my new friend and i wanted to know things about you!" juyeon lied once again.

"oh. well why didn't you just ask me?"

juyeon hit his forehead.

"i really should have, shouldn't i?" juyeon says as he peeks through his fingers.

"of course but it's okay. i asked haknyeon about you. he's the only one i know that knows you."

"wait..really?"

"yep. he's told me some stuff. sometimes he just tells me to ask you myself."

"what did he tell you?" juyeon says as he shakes eric while holding his shoulders.

"calm down. it was nothing bad," eric laughs.

juyeon lets go of youngjae and tries his best to calm down.

"for starters, he told me that you were on the basketball team with him. he told me the plain stuff like your favorite color and all of those things."

"oh."

"see. nothing to worry about."

"fine. what did you want to know bout me anyways?"

"hmm...lots of things actually."

"20 questions?"

eric nodded.

youngjae cut off the television with the remote and sat criss cross in front of juyeon.

"sexuality?"

"straight, you?"

"haha, me too!" juyeon lies.

"how many past relationships?"

"none, you?"

"one."

"ooooh. who's the girl?"

"any recent crushes?"

"maybe, i'm not sure. what about you hyung?"

"me either," juyeon lies as he feels his heart start to hurt.

"why'd you start talking to me?" i've kinda been wondering.

"oh. well you looked like a nice person. plus i liked your hair."

"haha, thanks."

"i'm really glad you came over juyeon-hyung."

"me too," juyeon smiles.

"also, you don't have to call me hyung. we're friends now."

youngjae nods.

juyeon then grabs a bowl and starts eating the chips inside.

eric turns the television back on and both boys watch family guy instead since the simpsons went off.

with how eric's parents are, they had every cuss word bleeped for their sons safety.

"hey, juyeon."

juyeon looks over.

eric pushed aside his nervousness and kissed juyeon.

youngjae was tired of not doing anything and he knew the elder was lying.

haknyeon told him he was gay and he just wanted to hear it from him.

"why'd you do that?"

"i...i just wanted to test something."

"test what?"

"nothing."

"is your maybe-crush a boy?"

juyeon's eyes widened.

"n-no! i told you! i like girls just like you do."

or so you say.

youngjae thinks.

"oh. well okay."

"i just wanted to see why my friends liked boys so badly."

"oh."

"do you see why?"

"not really."

"will this help?"

juyeon leans in and kisses youngjae.

juyeon's heart was bursting in flames.

it was hard having to kiss the younger and not tell him his feelings.

they were making his insides fluttery and squirmy.

juyeon pulls back.

"you know, you're a really good kisser," eric says.

"what's that supposed to mean?" juyeon questions since he's never kissed anyone before.

"it means what i said, dummy."

"you sound like hyunjoon. he calls his boyfriend that all the time," juyeon rolls his eyes.

"oh. well thanks."

the room went silent.

none of the boyz talked.

none of the boyz moved.

it went on like this until the second episode of family guy was one.

those are like 20 minute plus episodes, y'know?

youngjae kept glancing at juyeon.

once juyeon caught him, both boys would look away instantly.

"should i go home now?" juyeon asks.

and once he does, a crack of thunder sounds throughout the house.

"annnnnnd nevermind."

juyeon begins texting his dad.

"you can stay over. we have an extra bedroom. or you can just sleep in mine."

"i'll just go to the extra bedroom."

"okay, follow me."
