*Primo*

   "Lower your hips a little bit more when you go down. Like this."

   I stopped swaying the kettlebell and watched Jake assist Rucien.

   I huffed loudly to get their attention. Panabay silang tumingin sa akin at huminto sa ginagawa.

   Jake's hands were still on Rucien's waist as he stood too closely behind him and for some reason it irritated me.

   "Shouldn't it be me you're assisting?" Diretso sa mga matang tanong ko kay Jake.

   Tumayo nang diretso si Rucien at lumingon kay Jake saka binigyan ng alanganing ngiti ang huli.

   "Uhm, he's right." Ani Rucien. "I'm fine." Dagdag pa niya saka tumingin sa akin.

   I rolled my eyes on them and continued on with the kettlebell workout.

   Hindi ko na sila muling nilingon kahit nang asistehan ako ni Jake.

   "Alright. Let's cool down." Ang anunsiyo niya matapos ng panghuling workout.

   We stretched for a little bit, letting our muscles relax from arduous workout. At least, for me it was difficult.

   Once we cleaned up and had a change of clothing, we left the place.

   "I'm hungry." Lingon ko kay Rucien mula sa passenger's seat.

   "Okay. But we have to follow your new diet from now on." Nakangiti naman niyang lingon sa akin.

   Suddenly, I remembered how Jake touched him. And I knew that jerk had a malicious intent toward Rucien.

   The way his eyes followed Rucien's every move. How he bit his lips mindlessly as if no one would catch him in the act.

   The proximity of their bodies were too inappropriately close to my taste every time Jake would assist Rucien.

   Lahat ng iyon ay indikasyon na may pagnanasa ang gym instructor ko sa kaibigan ko.

   At wala man lang kamalay-malay ang kutong-lupa kong kaibigan. Tss.

   "Can I get, at least, a cheeseburger?"

   Saglit na nag-isip si Rucien kasabay ng maingat na pagkurba niya sa kanto.

   "Sure. We can get a burger. But not a cheeseburger. Vegan."

   Awtomatikong nalukot ang mukha ko.

   "A vegan burger? Meron ba no'n? I'm sure it tastes awful. Hindi ako mabubusog do'n."

   Umiling siya habang naka-focus sa daan.

   "If you don't stick to a strict diet, it will defeat our purpose of burning your fats. Hindi ka se-sexy."

   Alam kong pabiro lang ang huli niyang sinabi pero hindi ko napigilan ang pagbangion ng inis, lalo na at kasabay niyon ay ang paglitaw ng imahe ng mukha ni Jake.

   Nakangisi.

   Malagkit ang tingin at puno ng malisya.

   "Tss. At sinong sexy sa paningin mo? 'Yong Jake na 'yon?"

   Rucien looked at me, taken aback. Nag-iwas ako ng tingin at namintana.

   "Nagseselos ka ba?"
