You got out of the car and stretched. "Geez, that was a LONG car ride." You thought. You looked up at a big sign that said "Welcome to Gravity Falls" on it. You picked up all your bags and walked into your Grandma Rose's house. "Hello Y/N!" Your grandma called. "Hi grandma! I missed you!" you said. "Now dear, let's get you to your room, shall we?" "Thanks for letting us stay here grandma." "Oh, it's no problem dear. Now remember, we're going to go see my old friend Stanford Pines tomorrow morning, and his great-niece and nephew are your age!" "Oh, right. I doubt we'll actually talk to each other. Ugh, how am I going to make it through this whole summer with none of my friends back at home?" You thought as you went up to your room. Later that evening you took a walk around the town for awhile noticing lots of weird people, like an ugly, one-eyed waitress, a crazy old man with a band-aid on his huge beard, and a very disturbing looking reporter guy with a turkey baster in one hand and a cinder block painted to look like a camera in the other. "This town is really strange..." You murmured as you walked back to your grandma's house. "Oh, hello sweetie! You're just in time for dinner." Grandma Rose said. You had dinner, then went to get ready for bed. You played on your phone for a bit and texted your friends back home, and then you looked at the time. It was 10:30. "Meh, I guess I'll go to bed." You said. You went to sleep hoping that you and what was his name... Steve Pines or whatever, anyway, you hoped that you and his great-niece and nephew would maybe become friends so you wouldn't be so bored during the whole summer. Little did you know, you and his nephew would become more than just friends...
