I Met You [Jenlisa]

Chapter 25

"Good morning" she said , still wearing a big smile on her lips.i nervously darted my eyes to my food and cleared my throat

"G-good morning" i stammered.she finally removed her eyes on me and start eating her food , while me was struggling to control my heart that keep beating loudly in my chest

"Mom , i bought a food for you" i said and placed the food on the small table.my mom smile and nodded her head "thankyou lisa"

My mom was kind of someone who doesn't like to show what she truly feels to others , she thought it would be better to keep it with herself without being a burden by dragging other people to get involve into her problem.Sometimes even when she was hungry , she would rather find the food by herself than ask me to buy it for her , or maybe she won't eat at all but i'm totally dislike the idea since i'm her daughter and it was my responsibility to take care of them.

"Where's jennie?" I frowned when jennie wasn't in the room with us

"she told me earlier that she want to have a call with someone" my mom said , i don't think much and just nodded.i sit on the chair beside my dad and let out a small smile as i hold his hand.

when i was kid , this hand used to keep holding mine wherever we go.i can say that i'm more close with my dad than my mom back then when i'm still in thailand.He's the one who was crying so hard when i want to continue my study in korea.i giggles slightly at the old memories.everyday , i'll get a messages from my dad , he would ask me if i had eaten , how was my day , when i will went back home , and it's funny at the fact that i will cried everytime i read it.

I promised him that i'll be back and we'll go out to take a walk like we always do , but who thought that i'll be back only to found him laying on the hospital bed

"Lisa.." My eyes shot opened and i just realized that i was crying.my head lifted from the bed and my eyes widened when i saw my dad are awake as he was looking at me

"Dad?you awake?" I quickly stood up and lean closer to him , my tears rolled down onto my cheek when i received a smile from him.his hand slowly lifted up to my face and caress my cheek softly

"You've become a woman now lisa.." i pursed my lips and hold his hand that's on my cheek , i wipe my tears away while sniffling "dad!you made me worried about you" i said and lightly slap his arm.my mom was calling the doctor to check on my father's condition , while my dad keep staring at me , still wearing a smile on his face

"And you are still annoying too " my dad teased , i glare at him with a pouted.i help him to sat up on the bed and rest his back against the pillow.he then look at me and spread his arm

"Can i get a hug from my daughter?" I chuckle and hug him tightly.he caress my hair and laugh softly when i refused to pulled off the hug

"How are you feeling dad?" I asked

"I'm feeling better , especially when i saw you in front of me" he said laughing.i was about to say something but won't be able to when the door opened , showing my mom with the doctor beside her.i step aside and let him do his works , he write something on his clipbook and asked my dad a few question

"Can i talk with you for a while mrs manoban?" The doctor said after he done , i immediately stood up and went beside my mom as i also want to know what's the result of my father's condition.we all went outside and he closed the door
