Hey girls! It's Sofia~! If there's one thing I know is that I love chocolate so much! After reading Readers Digest, I'm inspired to post this recipe here because It sounds so tasty! 😄💞

STEPS:
▶ Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
[350 degrees F/ Gas 4]
▶ Mix all these ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined:
⚫ 185g plain ( all-purpose) Flour
⚫1 teaspoon baking powder
⚫ 3/4 cup (145g) caster (superfine) sugar
⚫ 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa
▶ Add these into the bowl and whisk until smooth:
⚫125g melted butter
⚫ 2 eggs
⚫3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
⚫1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
▶ Pour the soon-to-be-bake cake into a prepared cake tin or mould.
▶ Bake for 1 hour/ until cooked- a skewer in the centre will come out clean.
▶ Cool it on the wire rack for 10 mins, then turn out to finish cooling. If in a mould, cool completely in the mould before turning out.
▶ Cover with buttercream.

BUTTERCREAM RECIPE
Beat 125g softened unsalted butter until light and creamy.
Gradually beat in 1 cup (125g) icing sugar and continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add 1 cup (125g) melted and slightly cooled dark choco and beat until combined.
Spread over cake and allow to set.
