Baraka: That is all of them
(Baraka and a random tarkatan are sorting weapons from the back dragon)
(The random tarkatan looks very confused while holding a shotgun, but Baraka takes it and puts it back in the box)
Baraka: That is no toy! It belongs to Shang Tsung! We are finished, return to your post
(The random tarkatan walks away)
Jade: Stand aside, I will see Kitana
Baraka: No one enters the tower, Jade
Jade: You are an excellent guard dog, Baraka. But you must learn to heel
Baraka: I do not take orders from you
(Baraka pops his blades out)
(Jade fights Baraka. Jade was able to counter Baraka's blades with her staff and quick reflexes, taking him down with speed and skill)
Jade: Good boy
Baraka: Edenians have no loyalty
Jade: Blind loyalty is not a good thing, as I have learned. You must keep your eyes open, to anticipate the finishing blow
Baraka: What are you talking about-
(Jade kicks Baraka in the face)
Jade: You make it too easy
(Jade walks into the tower)
Sheeva: You have not dishonored yourself by-
Kitana: Jade!
Sheeva: My orders are clear, no one is allowed in the tower!
Jade: As you can see, I'm here
Sheeva: Here to help the princess escape! You would deny her execution? The only means of regaining her honor?
Jade: We have very different concepts of honor, shokan
(Jade fights Sheeva. Sheeva was overly aggressive with her attacks, not putting up much defense. Jade was able to exploit Sheeva's weakness and knock her right out)
Jade: Not much of a jailor, are you? Now, your highness. Let us see how quickly we can remove those bonds
Kitana: Jade, I-
Jade: I am too
Baraka: Stop her!
Mileena: Do not let her get away!
Kitana: Go, find Raiden. Ask for his help
(Jade runs off, leaving Kitana in her restraints)
Jade: That should distance me from any pursuers
(Mileena drops from the sky in a purple aura)
Mileena: Others pursue. I find
Jade: By the gods! You are Mileena!
Mileena: You must return with me! There is to be a celebration for my sister! She's going away
(Jade fights Mileena, who fights in a similar fashion to Kitana, but with a more aggressive method. Jade knows Kitana's moves, so she's able to counter Mileena's attacks and knock her out with a hit from her staff)
Jade: I am more of a sister to Kitana than you.
I must find Raiden
(Raiden appears with Echo, Smoke, Kenshi, Johnny, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao)
Raiden: She is here
Smoke: Kitana turns away from Shao Khan, so you attack her rather than join her?
Jade: What? This is not-
Raiden: Smoke, stop! That is not Kitana!
Smoke: You will come no closer!
(Jade fights Smoke. This is the toughest fight Jade has had so far because Smoke keeps phasing and teleporting before any attacks can really land on him)
(Smoke was caught off guard because Jade was able to throw her star, and he dodged the initial throw, but when it came back, it hit Smoke on the head and disoriented him, letting Jade get enough hits in to take him down)
Jade: I did not wish to do that. Lord Raiden, I come at the request-
Johnny: Lord? I was with Smoke. I thought that she was a bad guy. Um, girl. Guess he turned another one. What's Raiden got that I haven't got?
Liu Kang: God like power?
Kung Lao: A personality that is not at all like sanding paper?
Kenshi: An IQ over table salt?
Echo: An awesome hat?
Johnny: Jerks
Kung Lao: Pfft
Jade: If we do not save her, she will be executed. Kitana does not have much time
Liu Kang: Kitana? Executed? Where is she?
Jade: Held captive in the tower of Shao Khan's fortress
Liu Kang: I-
Raiden: I am not pleased with this outcome either, Liu Kang. But there is no time. We must return to the tournament
Liu Kang: But you are responsible for her capture! You persuaded her to betray Shao Khan!
Echo: I'm with Liu Kang on this one. We'll need all the help we can get
Kung Lao: Lord Raiden. We can free her as others fight in our stead, and we will join you thereafter
Raiden: Very well
(Kung Lao walks away with Liu Kang)
Kung Lao: We will meet you at the coliseum
Echo: I'll go with
