Sally's pov
"Daddy?" I called out. "Up here Sally." He replied up from his room. I smiled and plopped up the stairs making a plush plop with every step. I was about to open his door when I stopped and looked at my feet. 'What if he doesn't like Jeff. What if I have to elope, just to be with Jeff.' I thought. I shook past the feeling and opened the door. "Daddy?" I called put again. "Yes, Sally?" He said. "J-Jeff and I...Are in love." I said. He 'frowned' and put down the book he was reading. "In love?" He asked. I shook my head and played with the end of my dress. He sighed and got up to hug. "My little girl is growing up." He said and embraced me. "But I'll still be the same old Sally." I said and smiled. He released me and before I left he said " I'm going to have a talk with Mr.Woods." 'Oh no.' I thought and walked to my room.
