Ingredients:-
FOR THE BATTER:
1 cup of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
water as per need
FOR THE SUGAR SYRUP:
2 cups of sugar
1+1/2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Method:-
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients then add water until it turns into a semi liquid batter.
Pour the batter into a ziplock bag cut the end or in a ketchup bottle.
Make the shape of jalebi in hot oil and deep fry them until they're golden.
In a pan take sugar and water mix them well and wait for it to boil for 5-8 minutes after that you'll see it is becoming thicker then add the lemon juice switch the stove off and then wait for it to cool and then add the jalebis. You don't have to keep them inside the sugar syrup for a long time. 2-5 seconds is enough.
It's ready to be served.
